Only issue I had was with people who came in late at night, took two rooms across from each other, and decided to play musical rooms. Going in and out of each one, letting the doors slam shut.
Then at 5:30 am they were at it again, only good thing about that is I was getting up at the same time. But I am sure other rooms were pretty upset. I would have hoped the staff to be more on top of that.

I had a fantastic stay! The staff was great, very helpful. They had a guest appreciation spaghetti dinner, plus free pancakes every night! I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Elko.

We stayed in a first floor handicap suite because our reservation was somehow messed up. Room was fine, but the bed was way too soft. It was the breakfast, however, that ruined the stay for us. The selections available -- cereal choices, sweet rolls, etc. -- were just average. The sausages were overlooked and hard. The omelette were still frozen when put in the warming tray! After 10 minutes they were still ice cold. When I told the kitchen help about the omelette a, she grimaced, looked very unhappy, then proceeded to give me another omelette that she said was ready. It too was ice cold. I gave up and skipped breakfast. And we left the hotel as quickly as we could, never to return.
