Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The Bed was Wonderfiul My mom and I came for business but ended up being pleasure. Came right into the hotel and was able to get a room. They had us in a room on the 1st floor went in checked it out and my daughter noticed mold on the bed skirt. We informed the front desk. So we had too be at my daughter surgery with in the hour. They called my mom and upgraded our room and took $25.00 off the bill. That is great customer service. August 23, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by charged double, ihg would not correct booked room online for two nights. as dates approached found out i only needed to stay one night. called IHG about 3 days before arrival to change reservation. they said i needed to call the Hotel. so I called Hotel. talked to Sara, she said no problem and said she changed the reservation to a one night stay. i stayed the one night and on check out received a bill for two nights. back at home i called IHG with no resolution, then i called the Hotel, first person said they couldn't do anything, then hotel manager said there was nothing she could do about the charge either. when pressed she offered me a free nights stay at this location which i guess is better than nothing.. but who knows when i'll get back to this hotel..I would much rather have the charge for the 2nd night refunded as i only stayed one night. and the front desk clerk sara said she took care of it.. so IHG crew honor your words. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice facility Good facility in basic good shape. Very noisy fan in bath and spilled sticky liquid in elevator, which was never cleaned up even after I told the front desk. This stuff tracked on the floors and carpets. Otherwise enjoyed stay after a long trip on the road. Did not stay for breakfast but noted it was ordinary fare;. August 21, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by A/C was awful The A/C in both rooms was terrible, not sufficient to cool room and not able to sleep when it was running. breakfast was such a mess, one person to service all those people, dirty tables, no coffee, ran out of food constantly, really needs to be evaluated by manager.
