Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable and mostly quiet We have stayed here about a year ago. The carpets seemed much dirtier in the hallways, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. The mostly quiet part really isn't an issue with the hotel, but more an indictment of soccer moms. When we arrived there appeared to be a lot of teenage soccer players and their parents running roughshod over the main lobby area. Kids were yelling and kicking balls, parents were just sitting there. Fortunately there seemed to be only one set of screaming girls on our floor that you could only hear in the hallway. It was so much more pleasant when they all left after the weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful which is one of the things I look for when staying at hotels. All in all a pretty good place to stay. October 9, 2014

The inviting staff, the spacious rooms, the flat panel TV's, the super comfortable beds, and a delicious hot breakfast are just a few of the reason that we have stayed in the past and why we continue to stay at the Holiday Inn Indianapolis, IN NW. Holiday Inn Expresses are my favorites because they are all identical when it come to Level of service and quality. This is Highly important, especially for someone like me who travels every week. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel is "OK" We stayed here with a large group booking many rooms. Several of the families had no issues with their room. Our room had a musty odor upon arrival and whatever was in the air triggered my allergies. Area under the bed was dusty and in great need of a good vacuum. Our room was smaller than in many other HIE that I have stayed at. Staff was very friendly and nice. We did sleep well. Very little noise was noticed. Breakfast was the standard Holiday Inn Express selection. October 2, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by It was ok I was happy with the location and the pricing of the hotel. But for the two days I stayed there the TV wasn't working. When I asked if it would be fixed they said it would. I also couldn't call down to the front desk because my phone was also not working. We were under a Flash Flood warning and a Tornado watch. Being a firefighters daughter and hearing alarms go off I headed downstairs to ask if I needed to go somewhere or if the weather got worse where I should go. The front desk host seemed to take this as a joke and kind of laughed it off and said "not to worry about the weather". When alarms are going off, it's hard not to worry. I used to work in a hotel, I know how they work, I wish there was better customer service. September 12, 2014
