Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Golf Trip I had a group of twelve golfers from Pennsylvania spend 3 nights and 4 days at this facility. The staff was great and the rooms were excellent. Sarah set up the entire trip including T-times, directions and dining recomendations. The staff even allowed our group to take over the breakfast room Sunday afternoon to watch the Masters. We enjoyed all of the courses as well as the town. This was a new location for our annual trip and liked this layed back atmosphere. April 23, 2013

Requested a "clean" room, only to find another mess of leftovers and some old sock scattered around the room. I suggest to keep driving and roll the dice on some other dump. April 18, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Check in/check out Check in was extremlely confusing by check in staff. Check out was just as bad. Reservations were 3 rooms and 1 suite. Confirmation e-mail did not allow customer to view details of reservation (# and type of rooms). It took several calls to this Holiday Inn after check out to resolve issues pertaining to correct billing. March 29, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by very helpful staff...comfortable bed Enjoyed our stay at the hotel...considering our circumstances for the visit... The staff was very attentive to our needs & questions. Especially front desk clerk... Yussra...She provided us with information & directions to restaurants..florists..etc. Any information related our stay. Not knowing the area she made it a little easier to cope & reach our destinations. The housekeeping staff provided for all our needs (linens,toiletries etc.) Quiet and restful... Will not hesitate to stay @ this Holiday Inn Express again Thank you for our comfortable and pleasant stay.. March 6, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Worn Out Holiday Inn The fire doors at the end of the halls SWING open and smash into the walls with the slightest push. Bathroom floor tiles are mismatched and out of alignment as though poor quality repairs were made. Peeling wallpaper is "repaired" with scotch tape. I felt like I got less than I paid for at this Holiday Inn. For comparison I also stayed at the Hampton Inn in nearby Gloucester VA on the same trip. Better breakfast, cleaner EVERYTHING, nicer room, fresher building condition, one dollar less. It's time to totally refresh the Kilmarnock Holiday Inn or sell it off to a downscale chain.
