Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by good customer service A/C unit kept blasting cold air even when thermostat turned up. When reported to front desk, maintenance fixed promptly. When the computers in business center weren't connecting to the internet so we could print boarding passes, Heta at front desk resolved problem by letting us use one of her computers so we could print the boarding passes. The location is very convenient to highways and to Disney attractions. Only complaint would be the water has a bit of rotten egg smell and wouldn't recommend drinking it. October 18, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by needed maintenance Our room for the most part was the regular room from Holiday Inn that we expect. The bathroom however was not up to par. The door was swelled and you really had to push or pull to open or close it. The bath tub had an awful leak behind the down spout that had water leaking down the side of the tub onto the floor. There was water damage to the wall and the bedroom carpet was damp and the whole room was musty smelling... I told the front desk when we left so the next person who got the room wouldn't have the same issues. October 17, 2014

Arrived on the first weekend of Halloween festivities at the local amusement parks, and when others claimed no vacancy, HIE welcomed us. Friendly staff, wonderful room, breakfast worth having every day - glad others turned us away. Great find! October 13, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect for a visit to Disney We went to Florida for 14 days, so I compare my experience with all IHG hotels we've stayed at in those days. This was the second hotel of our vacation. We bought our tickets at the hotel desk. They have a free shuttle bus to Disney and back. It saves you a lot of money on parking your car, so I recommend to use the shuttle. The bus only drives a few times per day, so be aware of the time. The welcome was good. They recognized me as a IHG member. The room was clean, beds were good and WiFi terrific. Superb swimming pool and hottub! The only drawback (again) was breakfast. A small choice of food. Scrambled eggs, sausages, small burgers (very salty), some cereal, bread, some pie/cupcakes/pancakes, milk and yoghurt. Again a lot of unhealthy foods. Only really healthy thing I found here was an apple and a banana. I would recommend this hotel when you're planning to visit Disney World! October 9, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel. The location of the hotel is great and exactly where we needed to be. The desk staff was great and we were upgraded to a 2 room suite at arrival. This hotel is great. This only things i didn't like was the breakfast host was rude. She seemed as though we were inconveniencing her. She even bumped into my husband at one point and made no attempt to apologize. The rooms could use a makeover they are a little out dated. However, we will still return to this location.
