Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Service and Bad Experience In my overall experience in this hotel was detestable. When I arrived to the hotel room, it was dirty and with small insects inside. The bed was hard and very squeaky. When I left the room and came back the key did not work, I was on the fourth floor making me wait the elevator and go down. The had to reset the card and it worked for maybe one more our. I had to do the same three times throughout my time because the key did not work at all. At breakfast time, it is difficult to get pancakes because there is only one machine with a line of up to 8 people. The breakfast always ran out, and I had to wait for more to come since there were only to workers in the kitchen at the same time. There was not enough tables inside and people had to go outside to eat or back to their rooms. Also, there was never pool towels and the used towels was a mess. I went to ask for more and waited for about 30 minutes, and when I came in the person at the front desk was on the computer and told me, "sorry but I forgot." The elevator was also another issue I disliked. When it arrives to the floor it bangs in a very hard manner. This vacation was obnoxious, and all because of the horrendous hotel experience. Out of all the Holiday Inn Express hotels I have gone to, this has been the worst. August 23, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not a good experiance Let me start with the Staff that i dealt with were not the problem. I got into the room and the beds were dirty, sheets had a more than normal amount of hair, when you stay at a hotel you expect a few hairs from the washer/dryer but they also had plastic tags, strings from clothing and they smelled bad (like dirty hair). It was obvious that the sheets had not been changed but probably looked good enough to remake the bed and get away with. I did go to the front desk to have them change the sheets and was told that the maintenance guy would be up soon but there was a question weather he was going to change them or not or just drop them off, after a few minutes i decided that i was tired and would go ahead and change them myself, Which i did no problem, Only to sit down on my bed to find that i was sweating and the room vas very hot August 19, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great value for a good nights sleep! My son and I thouroughly enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn during his baseball tournament. Our room was clean, comfortable and a good value. We were close to ESPN field, and the Disney ameneties, without paying Disney resort prices. The beds were comfortable, and the pool was clean. We would definately consider staying there again should we return to the Orlanda area. August 17, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Its okay Have stayed in numerous Holiday Inns in my lifetime and this one ranks at the bottom of my list. I was expecting more at an Orlando facility and was very disappointed. I hope the others in this area are better. August 14, 2014
