I always try to choose HI Express hotels when I travel as they are always great. This hotel was no exception. Clean rooms , friendly staff are only a few of it's pluses!. In particular, Heta, your guest services manager was always friendly, helpful and made my stay memorable. On my next visit to the Kissimmee area this will be my hotel of choice. January 26, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel Room My first review was cancelled due to running out of time so I'll keep this short. I will not book a room here again for the following reasons: 1. Paper thin walls, no sound privacy to the point you can clearly hear telephone conversations from the next room, snoring from adjoining guest kept me awake despite two pillows over my head. Kids running around and being kids until 11PM was like they were in the room. Parents made no effort to quiet them down, maybe they thought the walls were sound proof. Worst case of no sound proofing or close to the worst of over 25 years of business travel. 2. No laundry service, yes, there was a bag but no paperwork. Went to the front desk to inquire because the house phone was busy for over 20 minutes. The employee said she cancelled all laundry service some time ago because a guest's laundry was sent to the wrong hotel. Is this a good reason to punish the numerous others needing laundry service? I have never experienced this at other hotels of equal standards. 3. As another guest indicated. No housekeeping once they find you are in your room in the morning or the privacy tag is outside. At any other hotel they will return at least once to check, but not here. I had to work all day and didn't return until after 6PM, the room was still not picked up. Not a big deal for me because I've learned to go without for a day or so to reduce the ridiculous waste of throwing towels out after one use, I don't do that at home why should it be any different on the road? Florida is an eco sensitive state and I don't like to dump chemicals associated with washing unless I have to. There were no signs posted in the rooms to suggest conserving like other hotels, that would be a start in the right direction. I can understand if multiple people are using the room, like a family, but it was just me and besides, why not teach your kids the right thing to do early on? Except for the above issues the hotel was good, maybe the pancakes were too much like dried rubber, but the rest of the breakfast menu was good. I will not nor will my fellow employees be staying there next year for the annual trade show. One building tip, place another sheet of sheetrock over the initial layer and you will then have good sound proofing between rooms, that is what most builders do. Sincerely, John s January 22, 2015

The front end manager Sebastian was very helpful and was probably the nicest person I have ever encountered at a hotel in my life. The hotel is very clean, and I slept really well in the comfortable beds they provide. The jacuzzi and pool are amazing. The jacuzzi is great to unwind after a long day, and the pool is heated. Breakfast is always amazing and up to the high standards of a Holiday Inn. Truly an amazing hotel and I would definitely recommend this hidden gem of a hotel to anyone that is in the area. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed Staff not friendly. Ripped carpets in the hallways. Noise easily heard from other guests in the hall. Breakfast area was dirty and unorganized. Dirty tables, sticky floors, overflowing trash cans. Spills left on the floor. Staff couldn't keep up with crowd. Maids put notes under doors with do not disturb signs they couldn't get in so room wouldn't be cleaned while we were at breakfast which was first thing in the morning! Better price than others but not worth the savings. January 15, 2015
