Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by calefacción y cama supletoria el hotel muy bien. el sofá cama no era del todo cómodo, aunque suficiente para dormir un par de noches. el único inconveniente fue la temperatura de la habitación, que sin tener la calefacción puesta tuvimos que dormir con la ventana ligeramente abierta. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Lobby, stained carpet, hot room, and uncomfortable bed Hotel is located very close to the Airport. Noise from planes as flight path is right over hotel. Lobby area is very nice and breakfast was average. Carpet on 3rd floor was very stained and worn out. Could not control the temperature in the room. It was very hot and had to open the widow all night. It was very noisy due to location from airport and highway. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable December 4, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Lots of Room for Improvement Higher management of this hotel chain must carefully look at this particular site. One is not greeted by membership level, in fact during my recent stay I could not have been assigned a worse room- I was second from the elevator, needless to say my sleep quality was not the best! the cleaning lady limited her activities to providing new towels and making the beds. Or empty water/ soda bottles were left day after day at the place where we laid them. the TV remote was taped on the back and barely functioned; I asked to have it exchanged, had to go to the front desk only to receive another remote in the same condition!! (one would think that IHG Group has enough funds to purchase basic remotes for the TV sets (worthy of a 10 yr olds room 22") in this hotel. The attitude of some of the front desk personnel was certainly not worthy of this brand nor up to U.S. standards!. The unnerving attitude of the dining area personnel left something to be desired as without warning nor finesse promptly at 10:00 a.m. would march in like a team of derby players to curtly put everything away. Had it not been for the fact that the Crowne Plaza across the street was fully booked during my stay, I would not have remained at this place. November 6, 2014
