Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Renovations smelly, dirty, loud Room smelled of cigar smoke or solvent -- couldn't tell which. Corridor floors were filthy due to renovations. Workers woke us early. Yet the hotel cost the same as others in the area. Should have received some sort of warning when booking and some sort of compensation -- this was NOT a typical HI-E experience. June 21, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Uninformed Remodeling I was extremely disappointed that I was not informed that this location was currently undergoing remodeling at the time I made my reservations. At checked I found it difficult to hear the desk clerk over the construction noise. The carpets were covered in dust and debris. I opened my door to find foot prints in and out of the room. The workmanship in the room that I stayed was subpar at best. The new tiles were uneven and uncomfortable while using the sink. The grout work was sloppy and void in areas. I will be using other accommodations when visiting customers in this location. June 8, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quick Visit This was an unplanned visit. I was able to check-in quickly and the front desk upgraded me to a hot tub room. I did not get to fully enjoy the hot tub but it was nice that they upgraded me. I would go back to this location June 4, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, helfpful friendly staff. The rooms were clean. The bed was very comfortable. Probably the best sleep I've had in a hotel, we travel frequently enough for travel baseball. The staff was friendly and very patient as we brought 2 baseball teams with us. The location is great! The hotel is surround by various restaurants, a mall, and a Wal-Mart, Target and Meier. May 28, 2015
