Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel. Good Staff In town for the game. Nice hotel. Price was high, but comparable to others in the area. Staff was very nice. Room was clean. Breakfast got the job done. Don't recommend the shuttle service to the game that the hotel uses if you can avoid it. Waited over an hour. November 19, 2014

I have become very fond of Holiday Inn Express and enjoy a comfortable night's sleep and enjoyable breakfast. The only issue I had here was people talking in the hallways. The doors sat fairly high above the ground so noise came through very easily. November 16, 2014

All staff members we courteous, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for me as a customer. I was also ablle to interact with the hotel manager and she was excellent in providing professional and courteous service. October 20, 2014

The front lobby was clean and big and seated a good number of folks for the complimentary breakfast. Didn't have all the breakfast menu items, but what we had was very good. The room was clean and nicely laid out. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great for a pillow fight!! October 10, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Problems Hotel heating unit was very noisy and interfered with my sleep. Water was very hard making it difficult to rinse off shampoo and soap. Recommend hotel replace heating units, and connect with city water. This would be quite expensive, but would increase customer satisfaction greatly. September 15, 2014

Have stayed at this hotel for more than a dozen times. Something happens and customer service was pathetic. Will never stay here again.. September 15, 2014
