Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, clean room, good deal! Really liked our experience at the Holiday Inn Express, Mishawaka. The front lobby was clean and big and seated a good number of folks for the complimentary breakfast. Didn't have all the breakfast menu items, but what we had was very good. The room was clean and nicely laid out. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great for a pillow fight!! October 10, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Problems Hotel heating unit was very noisy and interfered with my sleep. Water was very hard making it difficult to rinse off shampoo and soap. Recommend hotel replace heating units, and connect with city water. This would be quite expensive, but would increase customer satisfaction greatly. September 15, 2014

Have stayed at this hotel for more than a dozen times. Something happens and customer service was pathetic. Will never stay here again.. September 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Chicago to Cleveland unplanned stop-over Needed a place at 1:00am and found the Holiday Inn Express online via the phone app. The staff was awesome, even though it turns out that we made our reservation at a different Holiday Inn. We did not know that at the time and the staff was still superb and took care of us. Maria, at the front desk, was particularly helpful. This place totally came through at a time that 4 of us needed it. We left Chicago very late after loading a moving truck all day. We were tired and unprepared, but Maria made our brief stay wonderful! September 13, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel, Friendly staff, slightly dated rooms I stopped at this hotel when I was passing through the area for business travel. I was very impressed by the common areas of this hotel. The lobby was very nice and the external building looked very nice as well. Staff was very friendly, and they were even offering free soup in the lobby the night I checked in, which was a nice touch I had not seen before. My one downfall for this hotel was that the rooms are a little dated. They were nice rooms that were overall clean and comfortable, but just haven't been updated lately. The area this hotel is located is nice and seems safe from what I could tell. Another plus is that the hotel is located within walking distance of Applebee's. September 12, 2014
