Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great Television Options - poor breakfast Maybe it was because of Black Friday, but the breakfast was not good at all....browned scrambled eggs and gravy that looked like it had been there for hours. Every time I got into my bed, it made a loud creaking noise. For the price I paid, I expect more. November 30, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by For the area, a great overnighter. The hotel staff was very courteous and when I checked in, there was myself and two others after 10pm. I had a King Room with a sofa bed, and was expecting a standard sized room, but when I arrived, I found a large, double sized room. Very appreciative of this gesture. Morning check-out person was extremely helpful getting bill squared away and answered all questions professionally and with a great attitude. November 20, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not a shining example of the brand. This location is old and ragged. Torn and marred carpeting along with corroded jets in the tub do not make for a comfy stay. The suite we stayed in was not a suite, more like a room with a couch stuffed in it. Breakfast was sad, thank goodness for boxed cereal. Our reservation requested a crib which was not in the room upon our arrival and we had to ask for welcome bags which were displayed on a table behind the font desk. To make matters worse the night before was spent at one of their Bloomington locations where the room was huge, comfortable and pristine. The poor condition made it feel dirty, and the old tub was not inviting to shower in let alone take a bath. Unless you are in town for something Ball State related the local is not convenient either. You have to drive from the highway through town. November 18, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Campus Visit Hotel close to campus. Easy access to and from highway. We only stayed one night and did not use the facilities. Room was just okay. Bathroom ceiling had been patched. Could use a face lift. Lobby area was dirty as well as the elevator (smelled like grease) we used the stairs. November 18, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Tired Hotel The hotel staff is very nice, pleasant, and helpful. The rooms are now officially tired. The hotel hasn't been renovated in a long time and it shows. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. And the hotel is reasonably quiet. November 16, 2014
