Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by disappointed Hotel appeared vacant, not a single car in site. checked in our room was the very last at the end of hallway? Room was dark, out dated and freezing. Hot tub was over filled & extremely hot..couldn't step in past first step.. asked the clerk if she could adjust and she said no. Only thing that was decent was the breakfast and a retired lady who seemed friendly to all. Including a single mother of 2 who were presently living there? Would never stay again and was overpriced. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dirty and Needs a Major Upgrade This was the worst Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in. This Holiday Inn is old and because it's old, it's extremely dirty. It's in need of a major upgrade and big time cleaning and sanitation. Upon check-in, I was given a handicapped room. I'm not handicapped so I asked for a different room. I was told there were no more vacancies. I asked to be upgraded because I was not handicapped. I was given a suite which had a Jacuzzi in my room. Jacuzzi was dirty. The toilet seat in my bathroom needed changing because rust was all over the screws and dirt and crud was between the grooves of the toilet seat and cover. Gross and disgusting! Power outlets were not at the desk to make working on a laptop convenient. No power outlets on the nightstand for charging a cell phone or other electronic devices. I would NOT recommend this Holiday Inn. February 11, 2015
