Check-in is easy, my Platinum Priority Club level is always recognized, the rooms are clean and fresh and the beds are comfortable. Lucy provides an excellent breakfast. September 11, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very good We were traveling all night and requested early arrival accommodations. Maurice was very sweet and took care of us. Lucy in the breakfast area always greeted me with a smile and good morning and her attention to the guests was excellent. The only complaint I had was the beds were not comfortable. I am happy to know these rooms will be updated soon. Thank you to all the staff members in making our visit very great. We love coming to Iowa and this is the perfect location for us. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Tom Hotel needs renovation and staff stated it is in the works soon. Outside lawn/grounds was in need of mowing and grooming. Room even had some loose wallpaper in bathroom and toilet did not shut off without jiggling. Staff was excellent and friendly. August 30, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Great service, poor structure. Check in at this location was poor due to the desk clerk not being able to check us in with our prior reservation information. She herself was very pleasant and did her best. This entire location needs a makeover EXCEPT for the main lobby. Pool was so chlorinated it bleached my grand daughters swimming suit. This is not the same as the photos show on the internet. August 26, 2014
