Indoor pool was shutdown (broke heater). It would have been nice if they let me know that before I arrived. Kids were very disappointed. They messed up a friend's reservation and gave him a king bed instead of two queens (and there were no other rooms available). I thought my two queen beds looked like full beds. Maybe it was my imagination, but they felt small. Also, is it not common anymore for HIE to put checkout receipts under the door at night? It avoids lines at the front desk in the morning. I did appreciate the extra towels provided so we could use the YMCA pool down the street. And the hot cookies were a nice touch each afternoon/evening.

I really think that this hotel is a great place to stay. The staff is very friendly and always willing to meet my needs. I think you should have more employees like josephine and heather. They are both good examples of the kind of people you would want working for you. Will stay at this hotel in the future.

They were great in accommodations and service. Very helpful in finding local restaurants. The room was kept exceptionally clean and the rooms are up-to-date. Will absolutely stay there again.
