Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Staff I was travelling alone with my 2yr old and 10mo old. The staff was very helpful setting up our room with a crib and 1st floor guest room. At breakfast the staff was right there to help bring over a high chair for my daughter and the nights stay was wonderful. September 5, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable pillows I love the choice of soft or firm pillows. I think the young man trying to keep up with breakfast deserves a raise!! There should be more thermos of coffee available at breakfast. I thought someone should be at the front desk when you arrive, not have to ring for service. To be fair it was about 8:00 PM when we arrived, but this was a first at a Holiday Inn Express for me. I really would have liked a refrigerator in the room This is the first time we haven't had one. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff The hotel staff was very friendly and the location is excellent for work or pleasure. While I was confident my bathroom had been properly cleaned, a used bar of soap was left in my shower. The first morning of my stay, they were out of forks in the breakfast area. Price may have been reasonable based on popular tourist location but seemed a little high. Since I travel primarily for business, the room was set up nicely to accommodate working in the room. Will return for business and hopefully some day for pleasure. August 31, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not what you would expect for the price Seems like the hotel is being mis-managed. Hallways smell very musty. Rooms have not been updated in a long time and are not in good repair. It was what would be expected from a 50-60 dollar a night hotel. August 26, 2014

The first time was a couple years ago, and I must say I was not impressed, however the second time I believe there is a new General Manager, and I was extremely impressed with my stay. Joilyn at the front desk was absolutely wonderful !! She was friendly and totally made my stay a pleasant one. Breakfast was good and my room was great !! It was clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone !!! I'm looking forward to staying at this hotel again !! August 18, 2014
