The room was dirty and the smell unbearable.The hotel seems very old and is nowhere near the standard expected for a Holiday Inn Express hotel.

As a platinum member and someone who travels all the time through out the year for business...dealing with this hotel was the worst experience I have ever had. To quickly sum it up: I booked a non smoking double room online. When I received my email confirmation... It was a king smoking room. Called the hotel to change it and honestly no one answered the phone 11 times I called the front desk. I called customer service and they said they would get in contact with hotel. They could not either because they did not answer. I then got passed to IHG.... I was on hold for 30 minutes te separate times. When I finally was able to get in touch with hotel they said - they woukd try to change room. When I got to hotel, I obviously got the king smoking room for 4 people. The room was awful and smelled awful. The front desk person literally shrugged his shoulders and said 'summer season'. That was after I told him my father who was with me has ephimzema. Hotel had bad service and room was the worst room I have been in. And I have travelled through out Eastern Europe. I would never stay here again and this experience has made me move to another hotel from now on.

Previous reviews said this was a noisy hotel and they were right. Besides the street noise which there is plenty of, guests were allowed to congregate under the canopy until past 1:00 AM. Understanding that this is the "smoking area" is one thing but there were several persons who were drinking and conversing in this area. The design of the building is such that any noise from this area traveled up to my second floor window which was very close to the canopy. I've stayed at over 50 IHG sites in the last 18 months and this was absolutely the noisiest

We stayed in 4 hotels on our across the states trip. This was the only hotel we had issues with. I had booked online for 2 beds. When we checked in to the hotel we only had one bed and not even a pull out couch. There were no other non smoking rooms with two beds available. I was then told that because I had booked online through IHG there was no guarantee. The remedy for our situation was two roll away beds for our kids. I was told by both IHG and the gentlemen at the desk that the manager would be contacting me regarding the mix up. We never heard from the manager. When making travel arrangements next year to drive through to visit family I will not be staying at this IHG hotel.

This hotel is somewhat dated. The third floor smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. The pillows were old and worn out and the mattresses were a bit old, too. For these reasons, we didn't sleep well. The staff was very good, though. Nonetheless, we will not stay at this hotel in the future, primarily because of the cigarette smoke smell and the pillows and bed.

I made this reservation on my corporate card in May. 3 days before the trip my card was hacked and cancelled by the issuing bank so my employer called the hotel directly and paid with their card.
When we checked in the reservation reflected the old card - I pointed this out to the desk person Devyn and she wasn't going to research it; she wanted ME to pay personally. A lady in the back room had to tell her to look through a file folder and when Devyn returned to the front desk she threw the folder down and proceeded in a huff to find the change. She found the change and made the corrections.
I am a priority Club member and my number and point balance were in plain view. My husband is a platinum member and we informed her of both memberships yet even though there was a rack of welcome amenities directly behind her Devyn did not offer us anything.
We have been making this business related trip for 12 years to this location. Next year and any future pleasure trips we will use the hotel across the road.
THIS IS THE THIRD YEAR IN A ROW WE HAVE BEEN IGNORED AS PRIORITY CLUB MEMBERS - LAST YEAR MY HUSBAND'S PLATINUM STATUS WAS IGNORED ON A PERSONAL TRIP.

This facility was well kept and had all the amenities one would expect. The pool area was bright and clean; as was the room.
