The front service made our kids feel welcomed and thanked us for choosing the hotel. The hotel and room itself were very clean. Being first timers in Santa Fe they helped us with local shopping and where to eat. I will definately stay at this hotel when I go back. January 23, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Service for Spur of the Moment Travel We came in to Santa Fe late and was met with very colder than expected cold weather. it was great to be able to sleep in a warm, clean, comfortable room. That's what I can expect with Holiday Inn Express. The next morning the eating area was full with no place to sit. we ate at another establishment so i cannot comment on the breakfast. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by First visit to this property We stayed in HIE properties across the country, from MA to NM. This one was the weakest. Small rooms, needs major remodeling, the ac/heat unit in the room was so loud I had to sleep with earplugs. Exhaust fan in the tiny bathroom grinds and there was no way to shut it off separately from the lights. Desk staff was OK. Kitchen staff was very annoyed when I asked if they had plain english muffins left. She brought some out frozen. We asked for a quiet location and we were placed next to the ice machine and elevator....we moved. They didn't notify us when drilling was taking place in the next room, must have been some repairs. No closets. No upgrade for a Platium member. Received 500 welcome points for three nights and I received the same amount for one night in all other HIE hotels. Location is OK. Needless to say of the last 5 HIE hotels we stayed in we won't return to this one. They need to invest in this property. January 3, 2015
