hotel stay was very good, but hotel is too far off the highway.

Bed not so comfortable and decor was depressing, black carpet and black wall paper, minimal wall hangings! We were booked for 5 nights on the highway side of the hotel, very noisy. On one of those days, room was not serviced.

The room, grounds and common areas of the hotel were clean and inviting. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and addressed all of my questions with a friendly response. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a visit to Santa Fe.

The staff are great, wonderful and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Some areas may be a little outdated but the staff more than makes up for that. They were very helpful and cooperative.

After a long day on the road and getting our son settled at the University, it was wonderful to have a quiet, comfortable and clean room (not to mention cool) to call home. The beds were really comfortable and the shower was a treat at the end of that day. And to have the added offering of pancakes as a late night snack really made the visit for us.

The hotel gets low marks for staff and service as I had requested a wakeup call and did not get it. This was very disturbing. When we went to take out our belongings we found out that the refrigerator did not work and that everything in it was no longer cold. That is the low mark on the room. the low mark on the value is the night we checked in the pool and hot tub were closed. It is one of the amenities that we look for. Not a good stay. Only one in 5 that we stayed at on the trip that was not good.
