David checked us in and was outstanding, He was very helpful -- helped us move our luggage from the vehicle to the room. Recommended a nearby restaurant for dinner (The Pantry was perfect for us). He continued to be helpful at different points that evening. Very pleasant man.

The staff makes this one of the best Holiday Inns I have stayed at.
Good advise on restaurants and parking.
The room was nice. Fridge and Microwave always welcome. Upholstery on chairs and the carpet could use a good cleaning.
Re the breakfast - Holiday Inns all need to replace those awful velvetta cheese omelets with something edible. However, usually there are viable options.

This was a very comfortable and clean room. Common areas in the hotel were very pleasant. Front desk staff went out of their way to help. Housekeeping and breakfast staff efficient and friendly. Breakfast was fresh. Great pillows and my sisters mattress was good. Only negative was my mattress, which was absolutely horrible. Very soft and broken down. Had to sleep in the middle so I didn't roll off. Other than that, it was a very good experience.

Everything seemed to be clean and acceptable. However, it seemed a bit old. Time to remodel??
The bathroom counters had very little space, the tub/shower insert seemed cheaper than I remember at other Holiday Inn Express hotels.
The hotel is acceptable in general, but for a vacation it might be nicer to find another hotel to stay in with more atmosphere in Santa Fe.

We were surprised, because the cost was really reasonable, yet we received the type of service and comfort that Holiday Inn Express represents. Would definitely recommend.

Shower was great. Pillows were small and lacked support. Internet was spotty at best initially. This is an older property that doesn't meet current standards. Breakfast included hot omelettes, bacon, sausage. Staff was very friendly and helpful. At check-in, the clerk looked disheveled: shirt tail out, wrinkled appearance. I don't think this hotel would be acceptable for most business travelers.

Always stay in this hotel because the staff is so great. Helpful kind and considerate. Rooms are clean and kept clean throughout our stay. Breakfast is great. A great value in Santa Fe. My favorite city
