Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Santa Fe It was nice Staff. They were willing to help on short notice. I was there on a business trip. The people there are wonderful anyway. Santa Fe is a small city. With limited choices of stay in just the right portions that is had a higher volume of people staying there making my stay a bit more comfortable for a mid range hotel in one of the more wealthy cities in the country. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad room, bad stay. This was by far the worst stay I have ever had at an Holiday Inn Express. I booked a suite and the room was poorly laid out and in need of maintenance. The lamps were all wobbly and there was only a bedside stand on one side of the bed. The television was so far from the bed it was prohibitive to watch it while laying in bed, The person in one of the adjoining rooms played video games all night for two nights in a row preventing us from getting decent sleep. The property is old and run down and badly in need of maintenance. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, I was sorely disappointed in the price for the value received and would not stay there again. April 28, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by cigar The front desk personnel were very genuine with conversation and questions that were answered. They should be complimented for their professional demeanor. House keeping, they are in the same area as the aforementioned personnel. Breakfast area , upgraded, clean, and enjoyable to sit and relax for the morning meal. i would like to recommend that management ensure that the carpets in the hallways get a daily cleaning.
