Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Cheap construction leads to sleepless nights This is not a place to expect solitude and relaxation. Noise from the very busy Cerrillos Road was constant. When I requested a move to get away from the road noise, it was a day and night of upstairs running and stomping, doors slamming and another sleepless night. Deferred maintenance was very abundant in both rooms. Damaged walls, ripped carpeting, shelving falling off of the walls and a very dirty carpet in the second room. For the price, you would be better off elsewhere. February 23, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay in Santa Fe If you are lucky enough to be in Santa Fe, this is a great location. IT is the closest chain hotel to the city plaza, while also being very easy to get to the highway. The property is clean and well lit for safety. Rooms are modern and clean. The free breakfast is great way to start your day. Staff was helpful and thoughtful-special thanks to the manager who left me a hand-written welcome note. I look forward to coming back. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Front Desk staff was exceptional After having a somewhat negative experience at a Holiday Inn Express in a different city, the night before, we were most pleased to be greeted by a lovely front desk staff, Vivianne, upon our arrival. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Upon our departure, Ale, was so pleasant and informative, she truly reflected the Holiday Inn Express company in a most positive and professional light. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by bed was like laying on plywood. Was put in a room above the front doors and the motors and noise annoyed me the whole time. This motel was the most outdated holiday inn express that ive stayed. Staff was friendly tho. January 25, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Normal older holiday Inn. Signs of wear in hallways, and lobby area. Property has been well used. Everything was clean and acceptable. Having stayed at many Holiday Inn Express's this is an average stay. Room was comfy and Front Desk staff was very knowledgeable of the area. Too much police activity the three nights we were there. Just a sign of the times I guess. Location is 4 + miles from downtown. January 10, 2014
