Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant hotel, but room had issues Overall I enjoyed my stay. However, I would like to say that in my room, the microwave did not work. It was not plugged in, but when I looked for an outlet, I couldn' find one. Also, I was very disappointed in the TV channel selection. Heavy on sports and news, also cartoons. They seemed to have forgotten the channels women tend to like; for example, no HGTV. The channels listed on the card by remote and those listed in the guest directory were largely not available. However, I always look forward to visiting this facility, it is very conveniently located close to different dining options, but the real attraction is the staff. Stephen, Gail, and Tom are wonderful. They make you feel at home and are genuinely concerned about how your stay is going. I’m in the Chicago area several times a year and I always look forward to coming to this Holiday inn express it a great value and a feel good atmosphere, awesome Job! Thank You!
