Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A great lodging value! My room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Considering the breakfast was not in a restaurant, it was very tasty with a variety of choices. I will stay again during my next visit to the Schaumberg area. February 26, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place to Stay This hotel is very convenient to anything in the Schaumburg area (IKEA, Woodfield, Renaissance Convention Center). The rooms were very clean and up-to-date. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was awesome. Best complimentary breakfast I've had (eggs, bacon, pancakes, fruit, bagels, coffee, juices - you name it). I would definitely stay again. February 4, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Business Trip Room was fine but they removed the lights from the work desks. This makes it very dark and for business travel this is frustrating. I called the front desk and they provided a desk lamp very quickly but they need to replace the desk lamps. February 2, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Experienced several negative issues during this stay My wife and I have been staying at this location for both professional and leisure reasons. With the exception of one other time over the past 5+ years, we have always had a good experience with a good value. This time, in chronological order, we encountered these issues: 1) Upon arrival at approximately 5 pm Friday, the young lady at the counter was engaged in a personal call on the desk phone and continued to talk for a few minutes while we waited to check in. 2) Other than yelling in the parking lot outside of our window at about 2 am, Friday night was a quiet, restful night. 3) We were out all day, returning to the property at about 8:30 pm on Saturday. Coming into the lobby, we noticed a group of people in the breakfast area that appeared to be drinking alcohol. Then, near the elevator, viewing the television over the fireplace, there was a gathering of at least 6 people drinking beer. I noticed at least (2) cases of Coors Light that were standing on end with cans setting about in that area. 3) Later Saturday night, at approximately 2 am, the 3rd floor became party central, with loud voices, cursing, running in the hall, and lots of doors slamming against the safety loops. This lasted until about 4 am. 4) We checked out at 6:30 am Sunday morning. Normally, as a Priority Club Member, I get a final bill placed under my door sometime during the night before check out. This did not occur. The gentleman at the desk was sleeping. When he did wake up, it took him several minutes to get the final bill printed out. He was wearing a wrinkled Bears T shirt and coat. I complained about the noise. I was told that since I did not call the desk, there was nothing that could be done. One final note: We are planning on reserving (2) rooms for (2) nights at this property for 31 Jan and 01 Feb. But, if we experience any additional issues, this will be the last stay. January 16, 2014
