Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Highly recomment this hotel! Stayed at this particular hotel on my way from LA to Seattle and was not disappointed! I have stayed at other HIEX hotels over the years and this one ranked right up there with the rest. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel whenever you find yourself in the Eugene/Springfield area. The room was very clean; the breakfast was yummy; and the people are so nice. I would definitely stay there again and will do so on my way south to be sure! August 23, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Beware of "Non-Smoking" Rooms Disappointing because everything else was great, but our room overwhelmingly smelled of cigarette smoke. Hard to ignore it when you are trying to relax. Even our clothing smelled like the room after only 1 night's stay. August 19, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasurable Stay I cannot say enough good things about our stay at this Holiday Inn Express. We usually stay at HIE over other hotels because of the free breakfast. We have already experienced the comfort and cleanliness of other HIE-- and we were not disappointed here. I usually have trouble sleeping when not in my own bed--but this bed was so comfortable and pleasantly surprised by having a choice of firm or soft pillows. I slept like a baby!!!!! I was very impressed with the quality -quantity and choices available for breakfast. Every staff member that we encountered during our 5 day stay were very friendly. Being from the south--hospitality is key. We were made to feel "at home". Will most definitely stay here again!!!! August 14, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Run down and didn't care We stayed at this hotel to be close to the airport, for an early morning flight. When we checked in there were 3 hotel staff talking behind the desk and it felt as if checking in was interrupting their conversation. When we got to our room it had such a strong odor that we went back down and told the desk clerk. She said the hotel was full and didn't give us any options. We did not ask but thought that if we left, we were still going to charged for the night. Since it was for only a few hours, we toughed it out. We were disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the room. Also the sheets, towels and all of the bed coverings were very worn out. August 12, 2014
