Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by long wait for check in, but overall not a bad place if your a rewards card holder like my self, uselly you have rapid check in, specially when you be made reservations ahead of time, I was at the front desk close to a half hour before I was giving my room key, seems that there was two new people training on the computers, over all not a bad place to stay the elvators a little slow, and a few broken tiles in the front under the canopy so watch your step, February 25, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not For Business Travel Not set up for business travelers. I had to crawl around on the floor and move furniture around to plug in my computer and phone. Furthermore my desk chair was broken making for a miserable nights work while sitting at the desk. Also had issues with the AC/fan staying on. February 15, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not for business travelers. The rooms are not set up well for business travelers. Everyone travels with a laptop and phone these days - and there are no convenient outlets anywhere. You must move furniture and crawl on your knees to plug in devices. Furthermore - the desk chair in my room is broken - almost flipped out of the back of it and the arms are loose - making computer 'work' very uncomfortable. Lastly, the AC in my room would not stay on (fan mode). I would recommend this for family travelers - but for business, I'll be going back to Loop 323. February 12, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Stayed several times I have stayed several nights at this hotel this month. It is always clean and quite staff is friendly an helpful. Rooms have large TVs but do not rotate toward the desk. I do not like the foam beds. I will stay here again January 30, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Express-Tyler North I have to admit that when I saw the area around where the hotel was when we were driving up to it, I was kind of skeptical about how the stay experience would be but I was so wrong for judging before staying. Everything was great except the walls are thin and I could hear the lady in the next room or above or below talking to her toddler (I guess) child and the child cry a little but you can't have everything. It was still a great stay for the price and staff was friendly and the breakfast was good and different choices for what you wanted to eat. January 27, 2015
