Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Definitely Handicap accessible!! My husband and I try to always stay in Holiday Inn Express for a number of reasons. First, I can make my reservation online at a reduced price and then call the front desk to request the handicap room I need. Most larger hotels refuse to block the needed room for you! Second, we love the quiet, comfortable atmosphere of Holiday Inn Express. They always give us a restful night and then a great breakfast! We do not eat breads so the boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, and Greek yogurt are excellent choices for us. (The Turkey sausage could be left off the menu for us!) But the most important reason we stay in Holiday Inn Expresses is the handicap accessible room. We always have plenty of room for walkers and/or wheelchairs! In this specific hotel, the bathroom is awesome!!! The roll-in shower with the seat is exactly what I need. And this one is designed correctly - - the floor of the shower it slightly tilted to the inside so the water does not flood the rest of the bathroom! And last - there was a problem with our Reward Points when we arrived. I had tried to settle the problem with Headquarters, but the young lady could not understand what I was trying to explain. When I arrived, I explained the situation to Timothy who assured me that he would check into the problem and get back with me. Sure enough the next morning, Josh, who is the manager, called me personally to tell me the situation had been looked into and that the problem was resolved. Couldn't find this service at a large hotel! All in all, we were very pleased as usual! We highly recommend this hotel and all the others - - except for a few of the roll-in showers!! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Repeat guests This hotel is convenient to family when visiting so we ALWAYS stay at this property. Sure, it could use some updates/renovations but it's decent and clean. I noticed the nice aquarium has been removed from the lobby. I thought it was a nice touch. The worn out sofa in the great room has been removed but nothing to replace it. The room no longer stocks the plastic laundry bags for dirty close and we miss that as well. December 2, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by clean and comfortablem hotel This is a clean and comfortable hotel. It is dated, but they are planning to remodel it this Fall. The workout room, is limited to treadmills and maybe an exercise bike, but not weights. The breakfast is free, but could be better. I appreciate the Greek yogurt, fruit, nuts and the nice coffee. The mattress is very comfortable. The staff are very solicitous and responsive. November 9, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Holiday Inn Express I have Stayed At I have stayed at multiple HI Express hotels over the past 3 months and by far the best Holiday Inn Express I have stayed at is this one. The choice of mattress was such that I did not want to leave the bed because it was so comfortable. I really liked the 52" TV. In most places you get a 32" afterthought, but here they seemed to realize you might want to actually watch the TV. I did not want to leave for my next destination. October 23, 2014
