Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Added Charges after my stay. Enjoyed my stay but unhappy to notice around £40 of parking charges added to my hotel bill when I got home. I didn't even have a car and told the receptionist that when I checked out! Not sure if this a ploy they try with all guests with the assumption it wont be noticed. Sent email to hotel and created a case through my IHG platinum membership and as of now not heard anything back. Very Disappointed. April 24, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Stayed for business, nice hotel Room was clean and comfortable and staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and during breakfast we all very friendly and helpful. The hotel shuttle from Union Station makes all the difference for access to the metro as there isn't a station a walkable distance away. Otherwise a cab is a quick call away with the help of the front desk staff. The interior of the hotel was quiet when it needed to be. The only negative during my stay was my room was right over the adjacent limo company garage, and the back-up alarms and general car alarms going off in the neighborhood throughout the night impacted my second night of sleep. I requested a cab the night prior from the front desk staff to get me to the airport early the next morning. It arrived at the time I requested. April 21, 2015
