While there at this hotel, on Sat am,April 25 I attempted to make reservations for my next visit, since I was already there. The lady that work in the accounting office said,"you will have to go on line to make reservations, I can not make reservations." She was very rude and hateful.I usually call on the phone and is transferred to reservations, but I thought being that I was there already, I could go ahead and set everything up.I have never seen this happen before. My other concern is that my room did not have a desk for my laptop. I was given a code , but no desk to use in my room. Everything else was fine. That rude lady's behavior was not good customer service.

We were relocated from next door for a water pipe issue and we happy to be moved next to to the Holiday Inn....much better rooms....staff! Much better room and staff.......thank you!!!!

Enjoyed my stay but unhappy to notice around £40 of parking charges added to my hotel bill when I got home. I didn't even have a car and told the receptionist that when I checked out! Not sure if this a ploy they try with all guests with the assumption it wont be noticed. Sent email to hotel and created a case through my IHG platinum membership and as of now not heard anything back. Very Disappointed.
