Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Staff One of the differences between good hotels and great hotels is how the handle problems. We had a group on our floor trying to have a late night party in the hallway. The staff dealt with the problem promptly and decisively. The staff also was very apologetic even though the problem wasn't theirs and offered to do what they could to make up for our disrupted sleep. November 6, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Exceptional Staff The only critique I have was breakfast. After going downstairs and taking a small sampling I opted to take our group of 5 out to eat. Items that should have been hot were cold, the milk/yogurt was warm as I do not believe the refridgerator was functioning. Biscuits were hard, bread was stale, eggs were loaded with water so they were runny. Gravy was cold. (and so forth) The entire dining area was dirty. I would return to the hotel as the overall experience was quite nice. I will plan to skip that area of the hotel though. November 5, 2014

While coffee is great for people on the go,guests who have made time to go for a break from work are met with value of a breakfast to recharge themselves.Eggs, milk, bread, pastries, cereals, yogurt, fruits are offered.
