As mentioned before, this is my poor experience.which this hotel doesn't meet IHG standard, not even thailand local brand's standard.

i was very disappointed. I booked 6 rooms for my families and 1 of the room was charged for a can of beer upon check out which we did not consumed at all. I explained to the front desk and they do not trust our words. We did not count the beers and drinks in the mini bar, thus we do not know there was a can of beer was missing. The beer was not very expensive which we are able to pay if we had drank it. But is the principle that we are very upset that we did not drink it and yet they charged us and ignore our explaination. We are very upset the way they handle this commotion.
