Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great front desk staff Due to a flight delay, we didn't check in until 2am. The woman working the front desk was friendly and on top of things. She noticed I had a completely seperate second reservation(which I thought I canceled) and asked me about it. I told her I thought I had canceled it but of course I was worried I would be stuck paying for two rooms when I only needed one. She said she would leave a note for the daytime supervisor to research it. The next morning when I went to the front desk, they where expecting me. I was very impressed because so often you are told someone will take of it only to have them drop the ball. Also, she could have not mentioned it to me and I wouldn't have known until receiving my credit card statement. They did not charge me for the second room and were so nice about it. It has been a long time since I've seen this level of customer service and will definitely be back! October 20, 2014

The hotel is very well maintain, the staff was extremely helpful and the room was more than I expected. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Busiest night spot in Newton MA! The staff is great. It's an old Holiday Inn from the JFK years which has been completely remodeled. Clean and good value for the money. The restaurant, Boxx has a great bar and often great bands performing in the evenings. Above-average food in the restaurant (but won't be a 25 or higher in Zagat) October 17, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel Although I was not given the upgraded room I had requested, the standard room was very nice and the hotel was great. Everything was very clean and appeared new. I would just recommend when checking in to confirm the room type that you booked. Additionally, asking for a room on the second floor is a good idea because the elevator is slow and the second floor is just a few steps up from the lobby. October 12, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great Decor Inside the Hotel Comfortable bedding and pretty clean. It was a little confusing at first on where everything was in the building. I was trying to find coffee and realized the only way to coffee was to find the rest area. I suggest having coffee for your guests on the floors where you have parking and/or the lobby along with water a container of water that may have fresh fruit or herbs in the water for your guests. This is a very inexpensive gesture but yet makes a big impact for guests on the go. October 12, 2014
