Well kept hotel with a good customer service culture. The ambience has remained inviting and remains a hotel for other business visits. Will greatly recommend business partners to try out your hotel

Room was great, quiet and clean, well lit with good mattress and pillows. Decent TV channel selection; they provide a good day's supply of bottled water complimentary, and also Nespresso machine with capsules but no fruits like some other hotels in Lagos.
No electrical outlet for hair dryer in bathroom. Placement of towels makes it difficult to reach them.
Power often goes out and when it does, the do not disturb light goes off. As a result, you are disturbed by the staff.
AC does not remove humidity, so keeping the room at 19 degrees, it gets cold but you still sweat.
Not many eating choices for vegetarians.
Had booked a car to the airport for 6:45 pm with concierge a day in advance. Still, car came only at 7:40 pm.

This Hotel has been the hotel of choice for me since 2012 . Their services have improved a lot.
I like the ambiance and the staff are excellent, they make you feel very much at home. They are the major reason that I have been coming back.
The hotel has a lot of activities and celebrations on weekends and that can disrupt access and movemen for a resident. Response to phone calls from outside the country needs improvement, I had to call several times before I got someone during my booking to address a problem.
Acceptance of other ( global), corporate credit cards remains an issue and might affect my coming back. Otherwise, I will stay there again.

A pleasant and calm hotel. Staff were very courteous and attended to our needs immediately. The breakfast was value for money.

Two highly attentive staff. Always checking I was comfortable and had all I needed. Lara greeted me every morning and each evening and always greeted me with a smile. Abdul arranged airport pick up and helped advise on timings for taxi trips.
They both went above and beyond the call of duty.

Large quiet rooms with comfortable beds and a good working space / desk. Excellent view of Bar Beach and the developing Eko Atlantic City from the higher floors.
Have only eaten at the Ekaabo restaurant on the ground floor but the selection of food on offer there is very good. Staff are friendly.
The swimming pool is small but have never seen it crowded even at the weekend.
