Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic Experience It was our fourth time staying at this beautiful hotel. We felt welcome and at home. Very friendly and professional staff. Patricia, the front office manager, went out of her way to make sure that our family had a wonderful stay, which exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to the concierge team. We had great service at breakfast and happy hour in the club room and when we asked questions at the concierge desk. The pool service has improved, but some employees could be more attentive. Sanchez was great! It is important that the hotel reinforce the non-smoking policy at the kids pool. We also had the pleasure to meet the general manager, Mario, who also made sure that we were taken care of. Thanks for your kindness and hospitality! The Dunn Family May 25, 2015

Lo que más llama la atención es el excelente servicio que se recibe del equipo entero del hotel. Te saludan todos y algunos te preguntan como la estás pasando. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Must b better My Reservation was for 4 people, arrived just 3, but in the hotel system was set only 1. For two persons wanted extra charge. Need to send copy of my confirmation. Not enough staff at the reception. Staff do not speak or speak English badly. Even room service. In room was very dirty bathrobe. Ask new bathrobe. Nobody brought. Cause of humidity room door deformed and has big slot. Good beach and swimming pools! May 17, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Anniversary weekend In general, our stay at hotel was very good. I want too highlight that personnel was very servicial and patien with us and another customer. The food was good at plantation restaurant and even the waitress was not very well informed about the menu, she handle it very well and always with a smile. I ordered a peruvian ceviche with sweet potato, it was good but it did not brougt sweet potatos and far to be peruvian style. Again, waitress asked us for our feedback and she acknowledge it very well. Time in the pool area was very relaxing and we enjoy it, we notice that pool bartender was alone providing service and no help, he attend me well. Obviusly in a situation like that working alone eventually a customer will complain due too slow service (he was attending more than 5 in a specific moment), causing that superviser took action, remove him and put three persons at place One think that was not pleasant for me, when three bartender were there, it was that while they serve me,, quick by the way, they were disscussing job matters between them about their shifts but using not appropiate words and hand signs The SPA was excellent and the service great, no complain at all Dinner at the grill was good and even the restaurant gave us a courtesy due to problems with their system At the check out time was ok, however, I had to highlight them, that breakfast was not charged even We took it. So it was charged at that moment I left the car at valet parking, so during two days I did not used, however it was parked below a tree, so it came very dirty, hotel must prepare an area where valet parkings cars are better protected. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful Facility Close to City Not necessarily the best beach in Panama, but it has the advantage of being close to the city. Since previous visits, have noticed that the beach area has been improved. Evidently rocks removed and sand brought in. Bug repellent towelettes are provided for a reason, but hey, you are in the tropics . . . The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff friendly and attentive. I was only surprised there was no garbage receptacle in the room. No doubt one would have been provided if requested, but we were there only two nights and did not generate any refuse. I would not hesitate to stay here again on a future visit. May 3, 2015

Las instalaciones son muy cómodas, piscinas, área playa, área de descanso, las habitaciones son cómodas y con vista al mar, cuenta con Internet en toda la instalación, los alimentos tienen variedad y tienen un bar en el lobby muy agradable.
