Clean, great service comfortable beds

Always a great stay at this hotel. Staff is always pleasant.
Hotel is fine. Shuttle to airport problematic.

Our room was clean. Staff was nice enough. We appreciated the courtesy call telling us the shuttle had arrived to take us to the airport. We were given a number to call when we arrived home so that the hotel could dispatch a ride back to the hotel to get our car. We called when we landed and were told the driver would call us when he was out front. 45 minutes later, no call, no ride. I called the hotel again and was told sorry, they had forgotten send a shuttle. Finally, after over 90 minutes of waiting, our driver arrived. He explained that the hotel doesn’t have a dedicated shuttle service. Instead, they use a taxi service out of Derry., which they call when guests need a ride.
After this experience, we are unlikely to use this hotel again. I realize accidents happen, but after flying all night on a redeye we weren’t pleased. If you’re going to offer a shuttle service, employ a dedicated driver who is onsite and available.

The hotel was very well maintained and very clean. The foyer was well laid out and the rooms were spacious and not cluttered.

Traveling for work and stopped in here for the night. If I am heading through I always stop here. Great location and lots to do close by.

Really enjoyed the heated pool and loved that it was private for guests only ..room was perfect and bed was comfortable ..was very easy to check in and was pleasantly surprised with the personalization of the stay as I could keep track of my bill and even check out via the television in the room

Check in was quick and easy. Gentleman at the front desk helped with the area around us. Room was clean and sleep was easy going. We'll be back!

Best fitness center around. This site is located close to several of my customer locations, so its always a go to when travelling for business. Very convenient to Manchester Airport, if you can get a plane into there.

My husband and I have stayed 3 times at Even hotel in Manchester when the need arises . This is an outstanding property. The staff is attentive and friendly. Food choices were extensive, and the breakfast special was very good.

Great location, market and check in experience. The $10 per person buffet breakfast was extremely disappointing and almost inedible.

Honestly, I probably wouldn't stay here again. Upon arrival with my family on Saturday, we were greeted by an old DoorDash food order that had been sitting in front of our door for a full 24 hours. Our room was on the 4th-floor corner near the stairs, which was convenient. The room itself was nice, but the experience had some issues. The pool was open, but part of the flooring was busted and marked off. The shower water never got very hot, and our TV played sound but had a broken, black screen. Overall, the location is convenient—right by the casino—but beyond that, it’s nothing special.
