I stay in many 5 star properties that do not have staff as good as here. They always try and accomodate your needs and I have found this to be consistent over many years. May 1, 2015

I did miss getting a local paper (Montreal Gazette), but found one in the mall nearby. Expect to be back next year and have another good experience May 1, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Superb on site restaurant with reasonable prices I stayed at the Pointe-Claire Holiday Inn and was treated to a terrific on-site restaurant that had a nice buffet breakfast for a reasonable fee. Hotel was very quiet, so I was able to get a really good night's sleep. Staff are very accomodating and were able to answer my questions quickly (and rightly). Nice location - close to both airport and train station. The free shuttle to and from these modes of transportation was very convenient, as I did not have my car with me. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A second try A few weeks ago I posted a review from a very bad four day stay. Holiday Inn responded to my post and asked me to reach out. I did. The hotel gave me a discount on my next stay, this stay, and upgraded my room. I will say that this time my stay was quite satisfactory and I have no room for complaint. I am appreciative that the hotel addressed my complaint, that's the way to maintain a customer relationship. My only suggestion is that they do something about the internet service, it was not working most of my stay. April 22, 2015
