やる気ないレストラン従業員

2泊3日だったが、2泊ともお風呂が掃除されてなかった。ロビー、レストランがある1階が凍えるほど寒かった。朝食のレストランがいつもお湯を切らしていた。従業員は目の前にいるのになぜ確認もしないのかわからない。一番最悪なのは、レストランの従業員、特にCalro?とかいう名前の男性は、無愛想に、朝食バウチャーを出せとばかりに手を差し出し、あとは、時に腕を組みながら壁に寄りかかり、時にポケットに手をいれスマホチェックし、客の前に突っ立っている。マネージャーらしき人が来たとたんに働いている振りをする。他の従業員も同様なので、全員やる気がなく、マネージャーの目を避けてだらだらする職場環境と感じた。そういう状況を目の前でみせられて不愉快だった。
