Driving Directions
Hill Country Resort is in a rural location of Canyon Lake between Austin (to the northeast) and San Antonio (to the southeast). I-35 runs between both of these cities and passes through two smaller cities that are closest to resort.
If driving from Austin, head south on I-35 toward San Marcos. Take Exit 202 toward Wonder World Dr/Farm to Market Rd 3407. Merge onto I 35 Frontage Rd and go 0.8 mi, and then turn right onto Ranch Rd 12/Wonder World Dr (continue to follow Ranch Rd 12) and go 11 mi. Turn left onto Farm to Market 32/Ranch to Market 32 and go 7.3 mi. Turn left onto FM 306 and travel 1.4 mi. You’ll see the resort entrance on the right. Follow Parkview Drive, then take your first left and follow the signs to check-in.
If coming from San Antonio, head north on I-35 and take Exit 191 for Farm to Market Rd 306/Farm to Market 483/Canyon Lake. Merge onto I-35 N and go 0.4 mi, and then use left 2 lanes to get onto FM 306. Continue for 15.9 mi. You’ll see the sign for the resort entrance on the left. Follow Parkview Drive, then take your first left and follow the signs to check-in.
