The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. The biggest disappointment is not having a full restaurant and lounge. To enjoy adult beverages, the adult has to bring his own or leave the premises. Same with dining. A snack bar is not a restaurant.

Our second time at this resort and with enjoyed it once again. A great relaxing getaway. Resort was full but didn’t seem crowded at all. Enjoyed basketball, ping pong and other amenities.

The rooms are fabulous, the activities are awesome and location is amazing... Golf, pool, tennis, anything and everything you and family could possibly want to do

The stay was good and the staff was excellent. The bathrooms could use an upgrade and the water pressure upped a lot. I also feel that you should get points for staying if you are a IHG rewards member no matter how you booked the stay.

This is a great resort with an attentive staff. The property seems to be an older resort but it is well maintained and very relaxing.

Everyone was nice and friendly. The room was comfortable. The view was great. Ther are plenty of things around for the family to do.

The only reason I gave lower stars for food & beverage is because there was no food or beverage due to snow. The restaurant was closed

Flies!!!
Checked in on 12/29/2024 At check in they told us there system was down and someone would meet us at room to let us in, had to wait approximately 20 min. Left and came back after dinner and same thing,20 min wait to get in room When we got in room had about 5 flies and a cockroach in room. Called front desk for a swatter and never received 1 Day 2 of stay still no room key. When we got back late afternoon they said we could pick up room key, got room and keys did not work Went back to front desk, phones where out, to get another room key and that one did not work either. Finally a worker drove by and saw my family waiting outside for in 35 degree weather and let them in Once in room there where about 15 more flies. Called front desk for a swatter and again never received one Left next morning for the day and upon returning there where approximately 40 flies in room Called front desk again and maintenance worker came to room and wanted to spray room why fly / wasp killer, at 10:30pm. We had kids with us and advised him that was not an option. Again no fly swatter. When we woke up on checkout day room was over run by flies. Not sure i would recommend this resort to anyone
Spacious, clean and great service

We stayed here during off season, so not many guests but we still received excellent quality service. The rooms were well cleaned and ready for us upon arrival. We enjoyed the mini-golf in the morning and the resort was located within reasonable distance from all we wanted to do between Clarkesville and Helen!

There was so much to do at this resort! Our family spend hours at the tennis and basketball court. We played on the pool tables and ping pong tables. The arcade was fun as well! The bed was very co.fotable and the room was immaculate. The room and kitchen were well stocked. We even had a washer dryer and laundry detergent was provided. This was very helpful. We appreciated the Dove products in the bathroom! The resort was the highlight of our trip!

This room was beautiful and there were lots of things for kids to do. It was quiet. Would love more vending options at every building. We will definitely be staying again because we enjoyed it so much. They had a big checkers and tennis and volleyball and a grill and an arcade. The kids loved the arcade.
