The location, view and amenities are outstanding! I recommend upgrading all televisions to smart televisions. The food from the cafe is excellent but wish they opened at 11am instead of 1pm. We played putt putt twice, game room is awesome! Pools and hot tubs at a perfect temperature.

Absolutely great place to stay at all the amenities that I needed. Customer Service was great and they were always checking on me to make sure I was comfortable and if I needed anything.
There is a grocery store nearby along with a gas station and places to eat. Close to the lake and not far from big cities.

The only issues I had was requesting wash clothes for bathing and never received them. They brought more bath towels for drying which was an over abundance. But not extra wash clothes we requested at the desk and I messaged twice. The front bath tub would not drain properly. Which you had to shower with a tub full of water. The shower heads were not adjustable which I'm shorter than my husband. I don't want to wash my hair every night.

The hotel was clean, quite and the icing on the cake for me was they sent a check-up text daily to ensure there was nothing that I needed!

Shout out to Samantha! She made everything super easy at check-in and ensured that our family was able to stay close to each other for our stay!

I have stayed in this resort multiple times. The rooms are now remodeled, however, I missed some of the things that used to be available such as: deer feeding activity, smores activity, live music and bar by the pool side being open.

Amazing place to stay. The staff was accommodating to my needs. Room location was adjacent to amenities. Very clean and well maintained property.

Great place. Space was huge! We stayed at the ambassador section. 2 bedrooms with king beds. 2 bathrooms...one was huge! Nice living/dining area and kitchen. After reading past reviews I was a little worried but we would most definitely stay again! Price was great!

This was our second time to stay there while visiting Texas State. It is a short drive for us to the university but the amenities at this place is so worth the extra drive over a regular hotel.

Diamond status recognized and given upgrade. Very nice resort, plenty of things to do. We saw four different pools. A lot of good restaurants options about 15 minutes. Grocery store is five minute drive. We loved staying here and we are coming back. Third Holiday Inn vacation club we’ve been to, this one is the best so far!
