My family and I enjoyed the balcony view in our penthouses suite the area was very nice and cozy and we love the nature and lake

Overall the stay was good there was one hiccup with the towels but was quickly resolved. My suggestion would be more comfortable chair and it be vinyl for easy cleaning. The chair in my room did not look too clean and I forgot to bring this to their attention.

enjoyed the location -we stayed in the presidential suite . I cant wait to go back . i recommend staying for 2-3 days to get the full resort experience

Good day, our family reunion was at the Fox River Resort. I will never stay there again and I would not recommend anyone else to stay there. They put my family in the outdated Villas. The rooms were not clean, hairballs behind bathroom doors, mirrors around jacuzzi tubes had MEGA water spots, coffee pots were from the 1980’s. I didn’t go to the outdoor pool but the indoor pool had multiple dead bugs and there was muddy water around the pool. I felt dirty my entire stay. Not to mention the group sales department; the service was horrible!!!

Don’t recommend.

The amenities were nice but the entire resort smelled like weed at all times. When we were checking out, I know for a fact we left $200 worth of items in our room (shoes, clothes, swimsuit) so we called the front desk to get the items back. At first they said oh it’s not here but it’s probably with housekeeping, I’ll check and call back but they never did. So we called 6 more times on different days and got the same response every time. They said they didn’t have any of our stuff and have no idea where any of it is. So some lucky employee walked away with brand new Birkenstocks and clothes.

Good resort, just needs updating, lake cleaned out for fishing and more activities.

No restaurant or bar on site as well.

Live in area, had heard good and bad about this property.
Did a last minute stay on a hot Sunday night.
We felt it was a great value, enjoyed the outdoor pool until dark.
Our room was clean and comfortable. There were some stains/burns on carpet.
But was overall positive.

Worth the money. We had a very good stay. We planned outings in surrounding areas Weather was great.

Overall it was a great vacation experience! They have mini golf, indoor & outdoor pool, arcade room, waterpark, tennis & basketball courts along with beach volleyball. They have affordable quiet rooms available and great location!
