Known for her distinctive energy and warm welcome, Jovana Spaic’s career in the culinary world spans a range of experiences, from the preopening of the renowned five-star St. Regis Hotel in Doha to the position of Chief Stewardess on a private yacht. As restaurant manager at Murano, Spaic leads her team increating a distinctive guest experience, with special attention dedicated to sourcing the freshest local and seasonal ingredients for an exceptional presentation of Adriatic cuisine.
