nice hotel but service not good

The hotel is very nice, but the quality of service is not good, the room in a week has never been clean, the beds on the beach and pool were insufficient, the equipment on the beach are old and broken, the towels were often dirty and smelly.

Overal good, service to improve

We had a good experience. Nice location, exciting lagoon.
Overall good animation staff
To be improved the level of food variety and quality and the general organisation of services (Pool bar, restaurant, beach).
Much better the service and quality at International restaurant rather than the exclusive buffet area (Brixia) that was really unconfortable, poor and bad organised.
