Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Service and comfort Our stay started with the friendly staff at the front desk. We forgot to request smoking facilities and in moments they had us switched. After we got to the room the heater was on full blast and could not reset the thermostat. A maintenance worker came up and fixed the problem in no time. The room was nice, clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed in a motel that I have ever slept in. Believe me I will definitely stay there when I come to Fort Smith again. December 8, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful staff and comfortable rooms The front desk staff was wonderful, helping us move from a smoking to non-smoking room when one came available, even when they were very busy. The restaurant staff worked quickly to turn over food and tables when there were hundreds of people wanting breakfast early due to a robotics competition. Great work, made for a great stay! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great service. The beds are comfortable and rooms are well insulated from the sounds of other rooms. The hotel is ageing and could use an update, especially in the heat/air system. To adjust the temperature you have to ask the front desk to send maintenance to change it manually. The carpet is starting to look aged as well. December 4, 2014
