Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by In the Heart of Town Traveling with my dog, the Holiday Inn in Fort Smith worked out well. The location in the center of town made walking him to the nearby park very convenient and there were food options nearby for me. The hotel is not new but appears to be in the process of sprucing up and staff couldn't have been nicer. Parking was easy in the onsite lot although the hotel was not full. I suspect that if it were busy parking might have been more of an issue. May 23, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by No microwave, no mini-fridge & hair dryer didn't work. We were disappointed for the price that your amenities didn't measure up to other comparable motel chains. It wasn't staff problems, but management problems as we see it. Poor organization of breakfast set up (wait to pay before being seated; never seen that before). We were there as part of a group, and the chicken for Saturday dinner was a drumstick, nothing more. Room had no microwave, no mini-fridge and a broken hair dryer, but was otherwise acceptable. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfy and quiet I was very pleased with my stay here and I usually do not write reviews! The room was better than expected and I almost always stay at Holiday Inn's. The gym and pool looked nice; but I did not use either. What was most important to me was having a nice, peaceful room with which to work and rest in while on my business trip and the staff at Fort Smith's Holiday Inn did very well. May 5, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff and customer service The room was beautiful, the view was great but the temp of the room was too hot and it never really cooled off enough. The outside temp was in the 70s. The toliet had black mold under the rim and you could see it from the hall. The rest of the room was clean and did not stink like other hotel rooms I have had. The staff was excellent! The pillows were not very good, they kept slipping out from under my head when I slept. Next time I will bring my own pillows. April 30, 2015
