Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The staff was extraordinary. We liked the design of the hotel. It was quiet, clean, and well kept. The heating unit didn't work, but we wrote that off to the renewal of the facility and coped just fine. We were there on a family reunion. The staff went well out of their way to assist us in anything we asked for. I've listed the names of those we interacted with as part of the survey elsewhere here. April 21, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Totally Disappointed I've stayed at this hotel before and was amazed at how terrible it is now. We had a leak from the air conditioner in our room that ruined clothing. Another friend had bugs in her room. They didn't even bother to send housekeeping in to clean after the first day of our stay and we had to repeatedly ask for towels. There was not enough staff to take care of everything needed. We have used this hotel for a professional convention for many years but will be hard pressed to return. It was really horrible. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Wouldn't stay here again First night, I came back to my room to find a roach crawling in my bathroom....The staff was great in getting me in another room...As I got settled in that room, I went in the bathroom to find hair on the sink and in the tub in obvious places....the same night a random guy appeared at my room asking me to come out and talk to him as he was on the elevator with me minutes before and then got off at another floor and watched me go to my room. There is security, but that is all that is. I did call, he promise me to take care of it and I never received a follow up....The security officer wasn't even sure if he was a hotel guest...Anyone can walk in and out of those front doors...there is no security guy at the entrance, especially at night....it was freezing in my room, I then called to ask how to turn on the heat, just to take the edge off and I was told there wasn't any heat. the hotel is very old...the only good thing I can say is the staff was very nice..... Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff Great staff at this hotel. They were very helpful at check in and check out. The only issue with this property is the parking. The parking was full on the second night, and I had to park at the Convention Center parking lot. Kinda far away, and should have been able to park where I was staying. That is the only improvement I would make...otherwise, great hotel and staff. Food is great also. Perhaps more equipment in the fitness area. Thanks! April 20, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Needs improvement This is the second time this year I have stayed at this hotel, the first time I had a great stay, this last time wasn't as great. Our air condition wasn't working properly although they did try numerous times to fix it with no avail the manager gave us a great discount on our room for one of the nights. We also ate at the restaurant numerous times with excellent food and a wonderful waitress the only gripe is that they were extremely short handed. I will come back and hope that improvements and remodels have been done. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. April 15, 2015

Around 9:00 as we were making the fold out bed, we realized there was not a mattress pad I'm sure the mattress was fine but felt we would rather have something on the mattress (rust spot on mattress from frame which would indicate if had been wet. So I called housekeeping and asked for another blanket telling them we had used the blanket provided as a matters pad explaining there wasn't one in the room. He assured me if would be forthcoming. We waited until 11:15. Decided we couldn't wait any longer as we had an early wake up call. Used towels as blanket. The next morning affer our first event, we went to the restaurant not seeing any hours of Buffett posted or prices. But due to convenience we decided to eat there. There was only one Buffett open and staff started picking it up telling others that were coming in that there was nothing left. Well they threw away very good food. We felt very rushed. Hard to get beverages, staff just running to and fro seemingly disjointed. We had to pay full price and food was not up to par. April 15, 2015
