AC broke in the middle of the night and it was roasting hot. They gave us a voucher for a lousy breakfast. The next night they said it was fixed so we went in and the floor was wet and it smelled. I was very disappointed.

Everything was very nice. Room was clean and quiet. Manager's Reception was well done as was dinner and breakfast the next morning. We did not order the breakfast buffet but order off of the menu.
The only issue was the low temperature of the water in the Jacuzzi.

If you need to get any work done online, avoid this property like the plague. Front desk doesn't know anything about internet; called the ISP, who called me. They made like they were going to help, but didn't .
Other than that, everything's fine.
But, if you need the internet to get any WORK done, forget this place.

Comfortable rooms and everything worked. Convenient location near the highway.
Some of the electrical outlets were very loose so that caused a little trouble when charging my phone. Internet connection in the room was reliable but noticeably slower than average. At dinner they seemed understaffed at the restaurant however the server did an admirable job keeping up so I didn't feel neglected. The was the food quality was good at both dinner and breakfast, but definitely not great. Met expectations at least so I wasn't disappointed. The fitness room was decent enough with both cardio equipment and some weights.

The room accommodations were more than adequate and were comfortable. Dining in the dining room took much too long (did not receive out meal in over an hour) and we eventually just left and drove to the Cracker Barrel across the street.

- The hotel was located in what looked like a small office area away from highways, so it was nice and quiet.
- The room was clean and comfortable as well.
- Friendly staff
- There was a huge group of teenagers running around the hallway and causing a ruckus at 2 am on one of the nights but immediately after calling the front desk about it, the teenagers quieted down. I'm assuming the front desk sent someone up to take care of the problem.
- All of the electrical outlets on the bases of the lamps located around the room were all very loose, so I was unable to charge my electronics on most of them.
- The provided internet was extremely slow and pretty much useless, which wouldn't have been a problem if I had cell phone service at the hotel (I only had a single bar of 1x service on Verizon).

Want same room suite 259 already rebooked it. Presentation of building clean and up ro date. Shower good water pressure and bed very comforable

DO NOT stay at this hotel! You will get real hospitality at any other hotel in the area. This hotel only wants to cater to business people! My husband came on a business trip and I accompanied him along with our one year old daughter. He called and made a reservation with the TWO person breakfast buffet for 5 nights. Upon check in they gave us our room keys and vouchers for the breakfast buffet. Our vouchers were for ONE person to eat breakfast. We told them the internet, as well as reservations, told us TWO people were to receive the breakfast. The lady then said "Only the employee is eligible to receive breakfast". That's discrimination! I was told I could come to the "restaurant" and pay for myself out of pocket. It is the same free breakfast buffet available to ALL guests at the other hotels. Anyone can walk in off the street and pay to eat at their "restaurant" as it is open to the public. Excuse me for wanting to feel like a welcomed guest at their establishment. On our second day housekeeping did not clean our room. When I asked why I was told it was because I had put up the do not disturb sign. I only did this for one hour so our one year old daughter could take a nap. So if you want to take a shower or just have some privacy for one moment and put the sign on the door, housekeeping will use this as an excuse to not clean your room. The hotel thinks it is perfectly fine for housekeeping to just make an excuse. I guess they are trying to discourage guests from staying and using the room during the day. The pool is only open from 4pm until 10pm. Again only accommodating the business person. They allow people to use the pool during the day, a huge group of children, but not the paying guest. They need to pay serious attention to their parking lot behind the building. Very few lights back there, and the ones they do have are covered up by trees, making it very dark at night. If they made the back of the building more appealing maybe people would park there but because there is very little lighting no one feels safe to park back there leaving everyone to fight for the spots in the front of the building. Half of the front parking lot is taken up by a couple tractor trailer trucks. They need to either fix the back parking lot or make the trucks park there. I let the hotel know everyday that I felt very unwelcome at their establishment. They did not care. They did absolutely nothing to help make me feel better about my stay. I asked to speak to the manager several times but he never attempted to contact me. I tried to call another hotel and change hotels but they did not have any rooms available. Upon checkout I noticed they charged me for a long distance call. Both hotel phone numbers start with the same area code and are only 5.6 miles away from each other! Very disappointed in this hotel! I will never stay here again! They do not value their guests!

Very pleased with my stay. Over all very comfortable. Convenient location for my stay. Very quiet in the common areas and well as outside. Very good sleep conditions - comfortable bed and pillows, quiet and easy to darken room for sleep. Food, drink and snacks available in the hotel as well as near by. It was very handy that there were outlets on all the lamps and a fridge and microwave was standard.
My only con was the wifi in the room was sometimes a little weak and inconsistent.

In past continental breakfast was included in the price. Felt the hotel room was a bit pricey but it was an emergency booking so didn't have time to shop around. And for a self serve breakfast it was a little expensive.

The stay was great except for the semi truck parked in the front parking lot with the refrigerated unit running all night long. It kept me up all night every time the refrigerator unit fired up. If you are going to allow this type of vehicle to park at the hotel, then it needs to be somewhere where it can't be heard . I had a terrible nights sleep that night. The second night there was no truck and had a great nights sleep.
When I asked the front desk in the morning if they had any coffee in the lobby I was told that the PC members were offered free coffee at the desk of the restaurant. The waiter ? looked at me like I was stealing it without paying for it. I'm used to staying at the Express locations witch offer free breakfast. We had breakfast down the street.

I came to this property with expectations of a quality 5-day stay. What I got in my first 48 hours was nothing less than bad service and issue after issue. Not to mention that a booked reservation with a set rate was not kept and changed daily upwards. The GM and F&B Managers were sympathetic to my issues but overall did not offer to make it right and when approached about the rate change I was given due to the volume of business in the Boston area the rate fluctuated. Sorry but a rate booked should stay the same and new reservations should see the higher rates. I know that weekend rates change and I expect that but not the week rate to increase daily. I most likely will not return to this location.

Lady at the desk was very helpful at check in. She helped me find a place for a small trailer I was towing. She was helpful with travel tips to Boston as well. Had a nice quiet room and a decent breakfast. They even let me park my trailer for a few hours after I checked out.

I checked in late. The receptionist did not greet me as Priority Club, did not offer upgrade, snacks or water. The breakfast is subpar, I found much better quality and quantity on other Holiday In Express locations. The housekeeping is subpar too. The remodelation they sad they did made no difference than several years ago. I recommend the owner or manager check other properties and benchmark.

Food service personnel need to have more rigorous training on how to properly wait on customers. They tend to hang out, hold conversations, neglect customer needs during the breakfast buffet. Oten, the buffet line is unattended and runs out of many things. Seems the help is not concerned about that. Tables are often not wiped clean, coffee cups and utensils are dirty,. Some days, they are out of certain items on the buffet, and the pancakes and french toast get hard on the bottom when they sit in the steam table in the same position too long.
Some changes need to be made. You could compete with Longhorn restaurant nearby if you just classed things up a lot. They have their problems too, which also seems to be due primarily to lack of proper wait staff training, that you could exploit to bring in more business. This could be the Sunday Brunch go-to place (over the nearby Cracker Barrel), if you advertised down the hill on a sign by the road.

Our room was not ready upon the stated 3:00 PM. ready time. There were several other guests who were in the lobby with us, whose rooms weren't ready. Several days before my arrival, I answered an IHG email offer, and requested to be placed on the estandby room upgrade list. Upon arrival I was not considered for the room upgrade. I was essentially told that I was not going to be given any consideration for an upgraded room. The air conditioner was very loud. There were stains on the bedspread. The beds were sinking in the middle and very uncomfortable.
