Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent for Business or Leisure My family and I had the opportunity to visit the Evansville Holiday Inn Express and we completely enjoyed ourselves. I have a daughter attending college so I combined my business trip with a visit to see her. We all enjoyed the time spent and my professional meeting went exceptionally well. We all had a GREAT nights sleep which made me more alert for my presentation the next day. I would recommend this hotel and stay there on my next trip. October 9, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Making it hard NOT to stay here I stay here 3-4 nights per month. Consistently from the GM, to front desk, to housekeeper and maintenance the staff all are very hospitable. Last month I was cold and my lamp wouldn't work so Rick brought me two blankets and a different lamp. This month there was an Oder in the room from a spill above me, Sara came and shampooed the carpet. The next day they moved me to another room so I wouldn't have to stay in the room with the Oder. Didn't even need to ask. They are all smiles, friendly and doing what it takes to make me feel important. A special shout out to Rick for all these months of great service. IHG will miss you here at circle drive. Good luck in your future. October 8, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Best Stay Ever if I didn't have to call and remind them to add my check in bonus points The quality of this hotel is truly amazing except for the frustration with having to call the hotel back 10 days after check out to have them add the 500 bonus points that I selected instead of the snack during check in for being an IHG Rewards Member. The staff that answered the phone today was very pleasant and actually gave me 1000 points instead of the 500 that was due to me for them missing it in the 1st place. This isn't the only Holiday Inn brand hotel that has this issue, but because this is such a frustration to me I remind each and every hotel that I check into to make sure they add the points as I did with this hotel during check in. Due to the frustration of having to call yet another Holiday Inn brand hotel to get my bonus check in points added I chose to not stay at this hotel during my 2 day trip to Evansville, Indiana yesterday and today.
