Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not good No parking no service no one is looking at you in the dining room when eathing u can ask for ice and for stuff few times from evry waiter and no body is helping yea 1 hour before check out they call the room and ask make sure go out on time and no one is helping yea for take up the sutcase and u can wait few min till somone is looking at you And very very not happy February 25, 2014

We had a nice room, clean. The food ,breakfast, shabbat dinner and lunch really good and great choice. The place is good value, go for the delux rooms. February 24, 2014

We had a very good room, the room perfect very clean and even toilets are very clean. Staff is efficient and the check in was very fast considering we came in so early due to Shabat. I have heard so much ugly comments about this hotel but contrary to the experiences of the others , our room was very nice indeed and very comfortable. January 23, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Check-in Service and Unconfortable Room We arrived to the hotel on Saturday 04-Jan-14 around 19:00, it took 40 min to receive my room, they excused of unavailability of rooms because during Shabbat people used to check-out late, this was not a very welcome from the hotel and they did not manage to provide an effective solution inmmediately, we had to wait 40 min to get a key (room 525). Next morning after weaking up, I sensed a bad odor, it was found that previous guest vomited on the carpet and this was not clean properly. At the beggining the recepcionist refused to provide a different room immediately but when I requested to speak with his manager his attitude changed and a new room key was assigned. January 19, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Housekeeping and Overall Cleanliness I stayed at this hotel for 9 nights on business. I won't be back and this primarily due to the poor cleanliness of the hotel. I was truly stunned by the poor overall cleanliness of this property and it wasn't limited to a dirty bathroom or failing to change the linens for my entire stay. I ate breakfast in the Crowne Plaza executive lounge every morning and was surprised that even in this space, housekeeping was seriously neglected. January 17, 2014
