helpful and always calm. We were there with my grandkids, and they loved the pool, and eating breakfast watching the turtles below. The breakfast is great, but the same food is served every day: papaya and sandia, cereal, coffee, green and orange juice, pancakes, ham and eggs, beans, chilaquiles, pastry, toast and coffee. Across the street is Las Lenas, which makes a great steak. The location is near the downtown area, but the street is really difficult to cross and the stoplight a little ways down doesn't work. There is food you can order, but it's not from the hotel, and nothing can be added to your room charges, so be prepared to pay. This is our second time staying here, and I would stay here again for room comfort, and the pool. There is also a hot tub, but we called it the cold tub, as it was only on with heat and jets one day out of 5. The personnel were quick to remediate any problems we had. [Less]
