Attending a 9-day seminar in Cuernavaca, Mexico, I had the most pleasant experience staying at its Holiday Inn Hotel.
The building is pleasant and functional, the lavish gardens are one of the main
assets, combining in harmonious ways palm trees, bamboo groves, flowery bushes, ornamental plants, and oriental style ponds with Koy carps and turtles. The rooms and beds are realy big, and the views are great. The hospitality items are appreciated.
The only drawback was the abscence of a minifridge in the room. The food was a fully fledged gastronomical experience. Point for improvement: the coffee! Making expressos, lattes or capuccinos more available will be a good improvement.
The meeting facilities were great, with an astonishing huge tree included inside our room, superb view and good sound system. A good projection screen was missing...
The swiming pools are very beautiful, and would improve with more showers near them. The staff is very efficient and gentle.
I hope to be able to come back to this great hotel! [Less]
