We were thankful for the hotel parking price they offered that included a shuttle taking us to the cruise port and picking us up when we got back. It allowed us to enjoy our vacation without worry. The staff was great, the food was great.... the pool was being re surfaced, but overall we were very happy with everything. June 30, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Staff is somewhat careless Issue with parking to begin with while using points for the stay. Upon arrival, still had to make sure they knew we were leaving the car. The placard they gave for the windshield did not have the right check-out date so I asked 2 more times since I was worried about it. Finally found out it was wrong and the manager took care of it by comping the parking as well. Upon return from our cruise, I called as directed and was told they would be there in about 3 minutes. 50 minutes later the driver arrives and stops in another place and picks up a family that fills the van. Tells me they called first but only half their party was ready at the time. Had to wait an additional 40 for the van to come back. All together, about an hour and a half waiting at the cruise port with our luggage to get back to the hotel to get our car. I even asked the van driver for the other Holiday Inn that was there to drop off if he could give us a ride and he declined because "they would be upset if they saw him dropping off at our location". Really messed up our plans for the rest of the day. June 23, 2015
