Nice hotel, missing a few perks

Overall it was a good stay. Hotel lobby was clean and I appreciated everyone still wearing masks. I liked the level of security to the room levels with card only access. Breakfast in the morning was [More] delicious and Ioved that there were several different items to choose from. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Room itself could have been cleaner. Shower would take forever to warm up, toilet would struggle to flush. The worst part was the bed sheets. They didn’t smell clean. I asked for clean bedsheets and even those smelled like feet. Towels are super old as well. I wish the bar was opened. Overall 7/10 [Less]

Hello, the stay was overall pleasurable. I received eye surgery and requested 1st floor to avoid much walking. I was offered 2nd floor and an available room closest to the elevator. The stairs [More] were also very easy to ascend with its well placed railings. The place was clean and friendly. My room was comfortable. My only issue was cost. I did not reserve my stay online and the regular rates was expensive. I would recommend the hotel but would warn about the cost to stay without an online booking. Thank you. [Less]

One issue soured the stay

Inviting and well maintained property. Excellent staff with one exception I will note later. Room was large and well appointed. Internet could have been better but breakfast was a treat. The [More] exception was the shuttle service which is advertised as, "Complimentary Shuttle, Distance 10 MI/ 16.09 KM from the Hotel, Hours Of Operation From 8:00 AM-To 8:00 PM." Well, this is not true. On checkout Sunday morning, I was told that the shuttle does not operate on Sunday but they would call a taxi for me to go to the airport. Being Mexico, I expected the fare to me a couple hundred pesos for the trip of 8Km or 5 miles. As it turned out, the hotel staff had ordered me a taxi that cost me 3,000 pesos. This fact alone virtually ruled out any return visit to this property. Sorry but if you keep doing this to your guests, they too will not return. [Less]
