The attitude by the staff at the night shift is really poor. My reservation was made through the Holiday Inn Call center as I used some of my points for the first two nights, and paid the other two
nights with my CC, during the reservation process, the lady told me I was going to stay in the same room (standard) with the same bed (king size), well...the ladies at the night shift when I arrived told me I had to change rooms and the information given to me to stay in the same room was not reflected in the system.
I decided to speak with the lady at the front desk during the day shift, and she had a completely positive attitude and made the proper modifications to allow me stay as we originally planned without moving rooms.
My recommendation is to train the night shift ladies at the front desk and give her more customer service courses or anything. [Less]
