LANGUAGE

The official language of China is Mandarin Chinese. However, there are a wide variety of dialects throughout China. Business English is mainly spoken in tourist centres (such as international hotels). There are marks, signs and logos in English in some Chinese cities.     Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 最差的洲际 1,本来的自然风景和建筑设计还挺好,但是太多煞风景的东西,各种细节都很粗糙,而且一看就是疏于管理,墙面大块破败,杂草丛生;那些多余的许愿桥之类的低档而且没有人照料。。。正在装修的大堂屋顶没有做好保护,很多水泥块砸进了过道。 2,入住前电话和check in都客气说“已经把您房间提前收拾好了。”,结果到了房间,服务员还在用着湿漉漉的地拖在拖地板,小孩子跑进去就滑了一交。而且没有干的地板一下子就很多脚印,这个体验真的很差。 3,之前入住的几家洲际的餐馆都很棒,这次我们还老早预订西餐厅的位子晚上请朋友吃饭,结果一到时间发现和三星级餐馆一样坐满了来吃88元自助餐的人,四处闹哄哄的。菜单上一共5个主菜,其中有两个没有,还有一个主菜说大厨换了煮法变了,其实原来期待的新鲜烤羊排便成了一碗老早炖好的碎羊肉,极度怀疑从旁边中餐馆拿过来的,推荐的红酒也非常差,口感一阵刺口的硫味道。。。 4,这里的服务员极度缺乏培训,温泉旁的服务员就只知道看手机,那些毛巾推到山高,水杯四处都是也不收拾;行政酒廊的mm下午茶连咖啡机都不会弄,两天都去儿童乐园就见不到一个服务员,玩具四处丢着,客人来往频繁的电梯间看到地上有��巾,转了一圈回来纸巾还在地上。。除了还有笑脸,非常不专业。 5,我们由于是ihg白金卡,一般都可以在4点退房,一个入住率那么低的IC,结果我们3点回去收拾行李,房门就刷不进去了,还打电话要我到前台续费。。。。 洲际是我很喜欢的品牌,世界各地的洲际也去过很多,惠州洲际作为一个resort做成这样让人很无语。感觉是被洲际集团遗忘的一家IC。 硬件缺乏细节管理,不专业的服务,粗鄙的食物。。。就是最概括的评价 19 April 2015
    Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Service and Excellent Food The hotel provides good service through the courteous team of staff, both the room service, lobby hall and restaurant. The food quality is excellent, including the Chinese restaurant and Buffet Breakfast. The facilities are very good, just like a resort. The Club Lounge International needs improvement. No soft drinks or snacks provided until you ask the staff to provide for you. It seems that the guests seldom use this service so that only my family used it when I was living in this hotel. In fact, the management should encourage the customers to use this facility as all rooms are classified as Club Room, so that more customers would feel that they are treated as VIP. They would come again and share their good experience with their friends. 10 April 2015
