Hotel facility itself is decent for IC standards. It's one of the cheapest IC I've seen so it's a good value for the price. Hotel is connected to neighboring buildings through skywalks, nice but ones
connecting to hotel have a horrible smell-can't blame the hotel for that though. I was upgraded to a corner room and it had a great view of the river.
The club room is small and was empty ever time I went in. I asked an employee if they were going to have food or drinks in there and he said they weren't because there were so few people with Ambassador status staying. The hospitality manager (tall slim man) really went above and beyond for status recognition. I was working in the city for about a week and he made a point to talk to me (hook it up) every day. If I'm back in twin cities for work again he is the reason I'll stay at IC again. [Less]
