Holiday Inn 4 Points

This location is close to a marina where our boat is docked so we will frequently be at this Holiday Inn throughout the Summer. I like the fact it's in a clean safe area next to a few restaurants. [Less]

Great hotel, sketchy part of town
By Nathan
No complaints about the hotel itself. Other than breakfast service being slightly haphazard one morning, it was everything a Holiday Inn Express should be. The property is smartly decorated and [More] appears like it was built or renovated within the last few years. Although it's within convenient walking distance of the convention center and other downtown attractions, it doesn't feel like it's in the safest part of town. The surrounding area is largely dive bars, boarded up storefronts, empty lots, and the local homeless shelter. I wouldn't recommend walking to or from the property alone at night. [Less]
