This property is clean and comfortable. The room was large and the Jacuzzi was excellent. Overall a great two night stay.

Delightful. Better than I expected. Very comfortable. Able to see my car in the parking lot from my room and access my room from the parking lot with ease. Lighting in all areas of the building and parking lot and 24 hour staff availability. I will be visiting in the near future.

Housekeeping did not service the room on the second night. We therefore returned to an unkempt room. They also did not replace dirty towels on the first day of our stay. The breakfast was minimal and unsavory. We were also locked out of the room on the final night of our stay and had to check in again at the front desk to have our keys reactivated. The hotel also smelled of marijuana throughout the hallways. The front desk staff was friendly, however.

Location was nice, Windows had damaged casings in room allowing cold air and excessive noises from what I assume is some sort of ventilation system window also wouldn't lock. Couch and chair had stains on them and the room smelled like it was previously a smoking room. Jacuzzi tub looked dirty but was just stained but still would not use it it just because of the look. Staff was fine but they don't have much to work with due to the room quality.

The staff was great when checking in, the room was comfortable and a nice upgrade.
The issues I had were the smell of the shower curtain and not getting the wake up call I requested, It was a good thing I happened to wake up on my own about 10 minutes late or I would have been late for a meeting. That was disappointing, I travel a lot and put me trust in the IHG product, maybe I need to change my approach.
