The Dallas Southwest-Cedar Hill Holiday has a great surprise waiting for you. If you are welcomed by Jacoby be prepared to feel like a VIP. He treats hotel patrons as though he owns the place by[More] providing the warmest welcome while still being very discreet about personal information. This is something that I pay attention to and he was very, very good at his job. After flights and dragging luggage and figuring out directions you want to be able to relax in the place that you are staying. I was very pleasantly surprised by the sincerity of his welcome and his knowledge of the area. He was an excellent concierge. I will make it a point to stay there again when I visit just before Christmas.[Less]
Convenient and a good experience
This location was easy to find, priced well, and gave me no surprises other than an unexpected (and free) upgrade to a 2-Queen from what I had originally booked. If you are going to Cedar Hill, stay[More] here.[Less]

Decent stay, but smoky room
By Sheila 70
Our room smelled like smoke although we were warned there was a $200 fee for smoking (we do not smoke). The mattress was not comfortable and I ended up putting pillows under my back. Other than[More] that, the hotel was average.[Less]
Great place for visiting and football games. Close to AT[Less]
