Your trip just won't be complete until you venture into the heart of the Big Apple and walk through Times Square. Although our hotel is in Park Slope, it's still only a few minutes from downtown Manhattan, so catch the subway and head into the city.

Since our Park Slope hotel is just a mile from the Brooklyn Bridge, be sure to head out and see one of the oldest suspension bridges in the country. When it was built, it was the world's longest bridge and the first to connect to Long Island.

Walk across one of NYC most iconic symbols, Brooklyn Bridge, and be sure to take the trek in both directions to visit Tweed's Courthouse. For art and culture experience, visit Brooklyn Museum for special exhibits and Brooklyn Botanic Garden for Sakura Matsuri cherry blossom event. Additionally, catch concerts, sports games, or entertainment events at Barclays Center, BAM, or Kings Theatre.

In the past few years, Brooklyn's art scene has exploded with terrific art studios. If you're an art lover, visit the Brooklyn Museum, the second largest public art museum in the U.S. and only minutes from our hotel's front door in Park Slope Brooklyn. Also, do not forget to take Gowanus Art tours and other street art tours available locally.
