Featured Crawley Hotels

We've several Crawley hotels in and around the town. These include our Gatwick airport hotels, accommodating people right on the doorstep of the international airport.

Crawley does indeed offer really quick access to central London and is just 3 miles south of Gatwick Airport. But don't be fooled into thinking this town doesn't warrant a visit in its own right. In fact, Crawley has a number of attractions for visitors.

Crawley's County Mall is home to around 90 shops, largely made up of High Street names. You'll find this within a short walk of the bus station and train station.

For lovers of the great outdoors, Buchan Country Park should be a port of call. Despite it being located just 2 miles outside of Crawley town centre, this really is somewhere you can escape the hustle and bustle. There's plenty of wildlife, some beautiful walks and a fishing pond.

The Hawth Theatre sits just half a mile from Crawley town centre and as well as hosting an annual pantomime over the festive period, hosts a number of other performances all year round.

Crawley is really easy to get to. There are direct trains to central London and Gatwick (both quick journeys) and the town is within easy access of the M23. So whether you're just passing through on your way to Gatwick airport or you're here for a few days, stay at one of our Crawley hotels and let us help you get the best of your stay.

Good Loaction and convenient transport lonks
By Golfer 37
We were very pleased overall, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Given that we were in SW1 and booked in advance using IHG membership and website we got good VFM, The fact that it is a [More] good location means that being on a main road and bus route traffic noise can be an issue, and is why we did not give 5 stars. Rooms are quite compact but we'll appointed and designed. The building is impressive and is part of what is an elegant Terrace. Breakfast was good and wholesome with a couple of hot choices. Big plus is that it has a lift. There are lots of very acceptable pubs and eating places nearby. [Less]

Good Room, Good Location what more do you need from a hotel? [Less]
Makeover in progress, so far so good. (in the main)
By Mr MGL
Recently stayed for 2 nights on local business, had previously stayed approx a year ago, noticed huge changes straight away. The lobby and lounge area are now much brighter and more modern. The [More] aesthetic work being undertaken on the external part of the building were soon forgotten because of the friendly and helpful staff welcome. Room was fantastic (Free Upgrade always helps) loads of space, great view of the seafront (even though it was a wet and windy February) The new Stocks Burger bar attached to the hotel is a great concept and brings a fresh approach to Hotel based dining however I think it was a little too green at the time, as staff seemed to be making a lot of mistakes, missing items off orders and leaving guests having to wait long periods of time between courses. Hopefully things will improve and I look forward to trying again in the future. [Less]
Great location & staff with fab refurb nearly complete
By MontyWanty
Such a great improvement to this hotel since the refurb, which is still ongoing but a lot is complete. It's location is superb, overseeing the beach and the new 360 tower by the West Pier. The view [More] from breakfast is one of the best in Brighton. The car park underneath the hotel is really useful and not as expensive as the local NCPs. They've really thought about the refurb. The restaurant is now a burger & cocktails joint with a great wrap-around bar, breakfast was wonderful. The bar is so different, really welcoming and some perfect touches for the modern traveller like USB sockets in all the electrical points (by every table) for device charging. We have a seafront Exec room, which was vast and comfortable, one of the best beds I've slept in, and a lovely modern bathroom. I find some of the negative reviews very interesting, This is not a new building and although the refurb has ironed out some of the 80s themeing of the previous look, you still have a very windy seafront hitting the hotel so some nights can be a bit noisy on the windows, and the car park lift and entrance to the hotel looks like a car park lift entrance to a hotel. What do you expect? Gold plated lift fittings crafted by Bentley? Above all, the staff here are fantastic, the best reception welcome in the entire chain! :) [Less]
Boiler problems spoilt an otherwise nice visit
By Busyfool
The building work at the front somewhat spoiled the arrival. The underground car park is quite tight for my large 4x4, but I managed to park OK The restaurant had a new menu and opening offers with [More] very nice local beer. The experience was let down by the 8am cold shower as the hot water system had failed [Less]

Hotel in a good Location
By Boris 107
I stay twice a month at least at the hotel value for money rooms are clean good wireless connection and above all its one of the few Holiday inn expresses in the south east that can actually cook [More] scrambled eggs. I give it a score of 10 out of 10. [Less]
Good as always
By balancer
Its always been a good place to stay, i stayed here before for around 3 months, and at another time my mother stayed here also for around 3 months. the only thing negative for me is no transport to [More] the airport, sure there is bus or taxi train, but it would be nice if it was like in the USA where the hotels provide transport.
