Relaxing stay over Thanksgiving Holiday

Enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Was in the 2 bedroom queen suite for myself and daughter. Bed was very comfortable and that's was one main reasons I needed to get away so I could get a good nights sleep without the snoring. Overall it was relaxing and had a desk in living room so I could also study while my daughter was in the bedroom. Only down fall was the toilet seat, it was a very hard seat and had an awkward feel. Never seen a toilet seat designed like that. I guess style was the ultimate experience versus comfort. Other than that, I would stay here again .

We checked in however after requesting a handicap room she assign us one that was not
After going back to the desk she assigned another NON handicap room. On the third try it was still. Not a handicap room. She needs training

The beds was very comfortable and soft breakfast was out on time and the coffee was good and hot when I need clean linen just call front desk
Great check in experience, safety was a big plus.

It was difficult getting out of garage. Turned in key but needed it to exit.

I enjoyed my stay overall, my room was clean and the staff I encountered were helpful and friendly.
The hotel was relatively quiet and peaceful, which I enjoyed. The fact that the hotel is a smoke-free property is a huge plus for me. My shower was very spacious, another plus.
I would recommend to others and would also consider staying here again in the future.

They opened the door an still didn't let use in the room gave me a hard time an I asked them to go up to my room an grab my id for me but it was still a problem, she was just plain out rude she said they don't give strangers a key I showed her my payment to the hotel but she still gave me a hard time

The hotel is always nice and clean. I was glad to see Covid-19 precautions with desk shields, pens(labeled sanitized or not), hand sanitizer stations were placed throughout the hotel.
The staff is always pleasant and accommodating!!
Our tv in the bedroom went out and we called for maintenance. When he arrived, he gave us a suggestion to hit the back of the tv. It went out again but we gave it a good slap and it was back on.

Gates would not open but otherwise no issues with my stay. Very clean. Staff very helpful and pleasant to work with.

Hotel was convenient to downtown and airport. Was able to fully experience the city since the location was close to multiple areas.

Clean and comfortable. Nice staff and very helpful. Verify the shuttle service if you are departing from the international terminal
