This Holiday Inn was a convenient location for the weekend while I was visiting here, plus it met my needs. My room was "good"; (although, part of the inside drapery was off the track; I did not[More] call the desk on it, because it did not affect my privacy to the outside -- there was a darkening shade closest to the window).[Less]
Exceptional Service/Will definitely this experience on[Less]
staff was excellent, courteous, and willing to help. Rooms were clean and well maintained. If you are in the area stay here!![Less]
A good position in the heart of Chicago
Front desk is nice, room is small but clean. Overall a good experiences. $56 valet parking is not cheap.[Less]
We came up for a family weekend and a baseball game. This hotel was in a great location. We asked for a room with a sofa and got a room with a bench. My son was going to sleep on the sofa but ended[More] up sleeping on the floor. So that kinda sucked. The room was also kinda small.. but that's ok too. He also went down for breakfast about 9:30 and everything was being put away early. Just more inconvenient than anything. Everyone was friendly enough and it was very clean! We are planning on staying again in July.[Less]
Unimpressed Business Traveller
The rooms are small, no nightstand. Dresser almost non-existant and placed in small closet. The only bathroom shelf space was a 3"x20" shelf over the sink. Room completely unsat for extended stays,[More] as was my case.
The air handlers outside made sleep difficult.[Less]
Love Hotel Indigo
This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. Went for the King Suite and am glad I did. The room was magnificent! Housekeeping was not as available as I would have liked, but not holding it[More] against this unique and smaller property. I've already got my reservation in for the next trip --[Less]
I highly recommend this hotel. It looked great and was well maintained, very clean, large comfortable room, friendly staff, beautiful and safe neighborhood. The price was great for the Chicago[More] area. I would definitely stay here again.[Less]
