Thoughts on improving my stay

The hotel is far from the airport, restaurants and attractions. An airport shuttle would add to the services tremendously. An $80 dollar taxi from the airport was not appealing. Nor was a $40 Uber ride back to the airport.
I realize the hotel is new and still figuring out how to best serve guests. I was a victim of United Airlines missed connecting flight and would have enjoyed seeing a razor and shaving gel for purchase in the hotel’s guest amenities.

Front desk manager is rude and arrogant, and refused to honor my reservation that was booked with IHG points. IHG was unable to help because this is a franchised location. Avoid at all costs.

Front desk support / attitude is poor.
While they could not accommodate early checkin request (even made in person at 11a), they could not even checkin until 4:15p. I was told that some of the guests were checked in as late as 9p!
Water did not drain in the tub. This caused slippage. Informed the front desk, I was told 'sorry'! I have a video of the water stoppage if you need.
They provide only two flimsy plastic cups for water. Water fountain and ice only on 3rd floor!
Overall reasonable breakfast, except they did not have two bins were empty for "supplier did not deliver"
Corridor, outside facility and room furniture is fine.

This hotel is very clean and new. Breakfast was amazing. Love the location, very conveniently located by numerous restaurants and malls. Staffs are super friendly.

We were a group of five, three adults and two toddlers. The amenities were especially enjoyable. There's plenty to do for both adults and children. Our room were clean. Everything works. Actually, the one and only negative, no high chairs in the eating area for smaller children. Other than that, you cannot go wrong booking a stay here.

This location despite being next to the interstate is very quiet, clean and comfortable. Including being within a few blocks of a wide variety of restaurants and shopping locations! Without heavy traffic between hotel and areas of interest.

This Hotel would probably rated a 5 out of 5 stars from me, because it's really nice, but the initial checkin experince had me furious. the rooom was super nice, the breakfasts were excellent, and the overall condition of the property was excellent. two things i didn't like, 1- was the checkin, and 2- was the mattress, everything elese was superb.
