The General Manager at this hotel was very involved at the front desk, which I think was so great for our experience. She was very pleasant and so were the two employees working by her side. It[More] seems that other hotels could learn a thing or two from this young lady. Exceptional Service. Be involved. We were here for a group playing baseball and the managers were all just so welcoming. Great job Holiday Inn.[Less]
Manager on shift Donald, overall made the stay accommodating for Spire Elite. Was very cordial and assisting.
Staff was excellent. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.[Less]
Great hotel in Schuamburg, IL
Great hotel off of Interstate 90. 10 minutes from Wood field mall, Traeder Joes, California PIzza Kitchen, The Ram, Portillo's hot dogs. Friendly staff. Not on the main drag so you don't hear all[More] the noise from the cars.[Less]
IHG Chicago - great location
Worry free stay in a great location. Plenty of places for entertainment and dining. Very nice atmosphere and considerate staff.[Less]
Good hotel - Poor staff

The receptionist on the Ambassadors desk when I cheked in was rude and supercilious. She made no as acknowledgement of Spire status. She was very rude when a room with a lake view was requested. I[More] reflected this experience in the Wifi survey set up, within 1 hour I was contacted by the Deputy Manager (Ethan? ) who immediately apologised and arranged a new lake room view. The property is in an excellent location with good facilities but unfortunately some less than polite staff.[Less]
Our room was big -- but aside from a desk at one end and the bed at the other, there was not really a chair or lamp where one could sit down and read comfortably. When we mentioned this to the[More] bellman who brought our bags, he offered to bring a chair from the dining room, which we declined.[Less]
I had a nice stay at this hotel. It was nice, clean and conveniently located. The staff was nice and courteous. No problems or issues at all.[Less]
corporate account for business travel thru crowne plaza is the only reason I stayed here[Less]
Overall great place for myself and our group to stay to enjoy our friends wedding. We all had our own rooms and none of us complained about a thing, except the lack of air conditioning. I'm not sure[More] what the issue was, but the air in my room did not click back on for at least 2 to 3 hours instead I opened my window to catch a breeze. The end result was a bad case of a congested nose and a mild cough. I wish there was an easier way to have fixed the air instead of calling down to the front desk and dealing with the maintenance guy.[Less]
