Featured Dartford Hotels

If you're looking for Dartford hotels as somewhere to stay just outside London or simply for easy access to the M25 early in the morning to get you to your meeting, we can certainly meet your requirements with our excellent locations.

Dartford, Kent, is just 40 minutes from Central London by train and is around 35 miles from Gatwick airport, so is easily accessible for all visitors. The town has become somewhat of a commuter area for Greater London but also has a lot to offer in its own right.

Crossing from Kent to Essex over the River Thames, you would most likely use the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge, the second longest cable bridge in the UK. Lullingstone Castle in nearby Eynsford is certainly worth a visit too to take in its "World Garden of Plants", the first of its kind in the UK. The River Darent flows through Dartford and it is well worth taking a stroll along its banks to relax and unwind.

Visit nearby Brands Hatch racing circuit for a driving experience or to watch some thrilling racing. If you're a lover of animals then Eagle Heights is a great way to see and interact with birds of prey.

Shoppers will not be disappointed as the huge Bluewater Shopping Centre, one of the biggest in Europe, has well over 300 stores and is only 4 miles from the town centre. Cross the Thames into Essex and head over to the Lakeside Shopping Centre for another great shopping experience.

Whether it's business, pleasure or a mixture of the two, don't let your search for Dartford hotels pass us by. We really can help you to get the most out of your stay.

DECENT PLACE
By Im_here_a_LOT
Nice Holiday Inn Express. Decent place, very adequate. Restaurant, limited food choices Bar, limited choices. Clean Looks fairly new to me. Staff friendly and hard working - pillows [More] on bed not super - duvet on bed - AMERICANS bring your own sheets. - single dispenser of soap/shampoo - no extras like in American hotels. [Less]
Fantastic stay
By Jules
I came up with the (Lidl) group, and I had an absolutely fantastic stay, the staff were excellent and really professional especially (kirstie) she was absolutely brilliant she made us feel relaxed [More] after a hard day's work, we were treated like royalty, The food was superb and served excellently, great variety of food for breakfast and the the menu for evening meals was excellent, the rooms were absolutely fantastic (the only thing I would've liked in the room would be a mini fridge), just to keep the drinks cool, but overall I had a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this holiday inn express, thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and would definitely go back if I'm ever in the area. A special thanks to Frank, Matthew, and Avvi. They went above and beyond our expectations, however, the cleaning staff did not speak English and walked into our room without knocking. [Less]

Home from home
By Jase
The hotel is ideally located for a shopping and entertainment break being located right inside Westfield Stratford. All the hotel staff were friendly and professional and did their best to make you [More] feel like you were at home from home. The kitchen inside the suite was well equipped and we were able to make meals there. Dishwasher tablets and cleaning products were supplied which was a nice touch, as was free tea and coffee from the lounge. The breakfast was a little disappointing. There is not a great deal of choice and the quality could be better. For example, egg options were extremely limited. In a 1 week stay poached eggs were only offered once. The rest of the days it was dry scrambled eggs. On weekends the breakfast area is not sufficiently large enough to cope with the amount of people. There was no where to sit on Sunday, and the staff could not replace run out food items quick enough. There were queues to collect food and all in all it wasn't a pleasant experience. As an IHG Spire member, we received no advantages at this hotel other than the welcome amenity. We checked out on a Monday, the hotel was quiet and we requested a late check out room until 3pm. We were told 2pm was the maximum which is allowed at this hotel. Then at 1pm, we had housekeeping banging on the door, ignoring the do not disturb sign on the door telling us we had to leave. Lack of communication there. [Less]
Briliant Suites
By Jo53
I booked for 11 people to stay here as we were doing the Memory Walk. All 11 of us enjoyed our stay and found Staybridge to be ideal, clean, comforable, great bed linen, great WiFi, great TV [More] channels, great staff, great breakfast. My only grump would be the booking method, I had pre paid for all of us but we were asked to arrive all together! This was nigh on impossible since we were all coming from different locations! I had to fill in a lengthy form with my card details and other details, all of which I had already done, this could, in my eyes have been avoided. Otherwise everything was perfect the hotel is a must if you are in the Starford area, and I shall be booking again! [Less]
StayBridge in Stratfford -- value for money
By Daniel
I am glad to have chosen Staybridge suites in Stratford and it certainly offered great convenience for my shopping in Westfield and grocery shopping. In addition to prime location, staff was helpful [More] and with very positive attitude offering their assistance. Breakfast was sufficient and rich of food. The kitchen, the views and the room were all great. Surely, this will be my recommendation to whoever visit London. [Less]
