If you're looking for Dartford hotels as somewhere to stay just outside London or simply for easy access to the M25 early in the morning to get you to your meeting, we can certainly meet your requirements with our excellent locations.
Dartford, Kent, is just 40 minutes from Central London by train and is around 35 miles from Gatwick airport, so is easily accessible for all visitors. The town has become somewhat of a commuter area for Greater London but also has a lot to offer in its own right.
Crossing from Kent to Essex over the River Thames, you would most likely use the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge, the second longest cable bridge in the UK. Lullingstone Castle in nearby Eynsford is certainly worth a visit too to take in its "World Garden of Plants", the first of its kind in the UK. The River Darent flows through Dartford and it is well worth taking a stroll along its banks to relax and unwind.
Visit nearby Brands Hatch racing circuit for a driving experience or to watch some thrilling racing. If you're a lover of animals then Eagle Heights is a great way to see and interact with birds of prey.
Shoppers will not be disappointed as the huge Bluewater Shopping Centre, one of the biggest in Europe, has well over 300 stores and is only 4 miles from the town centre. Cross the Thames into Essex and head over to the Lakeside Shopping Centre for another great shopping experience.
Whether it's business, pleasure or a mixture of the two, don't let your search for Dartford hotels pass us by. We really can help you to get the most out of your stay.
Great location near Blackfriars Bridge. Room was lovely with a view of the bridge and river. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I've stayed here several times on holiday and never been disappointed.[Less]
It is one of the best hotels in London. The location, the staff, the food and the room were great.[Less]
Nice hotel with very small rooms
Great location for what I needed it for however the rooms were just a little bit small[Less]
Disappointed about shuttle service
Hotel comfortable , as expected but reduced hours for the shuttle service could cause problems for visitors to Central London.
Not a problem for us this time but normally we would expect to return[More] later[Less]
Great hotel and staff
Very friendly staff at this hotel.
The room was clean and the beds extremely comfortable.
The only downside to our visit was the Brent Cross train statio was shut for maintenance, which meant we[More] had to get the replacement bus service, but the hotel offered a shuttle bus to the train station.
Unfortunately on our first night we were told the shuttle bus wasn't working due the station being closed, but we used it on the second day.[Less]
We use this hotel for its location and ease to get to. Would have liked the shuttle service to run as it use to, otherwise we would recommend this hotel to others. Breakfast was a great with[More] standard selection, so sure you would find something you liked.[Less]
Can't go wrong with this hotel
This hotel is great for a short leisure stay. Good location, friendly staff, nice neighborhood with amenities that you will appreciate, rooms are comfortable and clean. Only downside is that the room[More] lacks a fridge, safe, and there isn't ample parking, but these do not prevent us from enjoying our stay.[Less]
3 night stay, young couple
Rooms are quiet, spacious and clean, very comfortable beds, friendly staff, great service, poor variety breakfast and a bit crowded, 5 minute walk to undergroud, lots of supermarkets in the area.[Less]
Great Location and excellent staff
I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff were very helpful, the location was very close to central London. The rooms were clean.[Less]
